Gabby was the sweetest ever. As soon as I came in, she greeted me with a smile. She was more than happy to show me all the things that I had in mind she gave great advice and was very helpful over all I’ve had good experiences with most of the sales associates here, but Gabby was really the icing on the cake I always recommend YSL as the staff and everyone is very kind and respectful. You don’t get the nasty condescending attitude you get the most other high end stores.

Thank you Dalton for doing your best to help me with my sunglasses problem. Although the sunglasses replacement is not perfect but it's wearable. I will be careful buying any sunglasses from Saint Lawrence in the future.

While a nice store support is terrible. Bought a backpack less than a year ago the zipper is messed up has been since I bought it shame on me for not asking for a different bag. Went to get it repaired they got me situated didn't say much about timeline but made it seem easy just goes to New York to get a zipper. Called 2 weeks later to check as I hadn't heard if they were even able to fix it was told it would be 6 months to fix. I have barley had it for 9 months and they want 6 months to fix. Asked for an exchange to get a new bag they said no has to be less than 6 months old for that. Don't bring stuff to be fixed here. Go to denos instead. Not helpful at all unless you want to wait 6 months.

There was a ridiculous wait just to get into the store. I understand COVID restrictions but literally one customer at a time? They have like 5 employees and it’s a decent sized store, surely you can safely accommodate more people at one time.

Stop by yesterday and bought one for myself and one for my husband. Sorry you guys got bad experience there but hey next time come look for Justin Do. He's helpful friendly and patient...he willing to go back and forth show me those purses and offer to show me different colors to see. Glad I got him help me yesterday. Store need more people like Justin Do.

They only allow exchanges within 30 days. They do not allow you to return anything. What a pathetic brand. I won’t ever purchase from YSL again and I will make sure to tell everyone not to buy from this brand. I recommend you check out other luxury brands as they don’t have such a terrible return policy.

Very rude staff! I love YSL but shooing at this store was very unpleasant. They were reluctant to show inventory unless you know EXACTLY what you are looking for. Might as well purchase online instead.
