Employees are nice and knowledgeable on hair dye but my only issue is with stock of products and hair color swatches. Seems that they’re out of stuff a lot compared to other Sally locations I’ve been to. Also they seem to be missing a good chunk of color swatches so not every hair dye will have a color swatch and you will have to look it up online for those that are missing.

It's 8pm. Why do your hours say 9am-9pm? Please update your hours. If leaving before the corporate hours, you are truly missing so much business bc of the businesses still open and the heavy flow of traffic still coming within the extra hour. If you have the wrong hours online please correct the error so people don't drive to Sally's just to find out its closed. Thank you!

Drove up to the store at 8:26 pm and employees were closing up the store. They don’t close until 9pm, and lady with purple hair said yeah we don’t close at 9pm anymore? Maybe they should update their hours! I saw her and a heavier set African American women go next door to Wing Stop after. I told her I just need hair dye, and they both looked at me and didn’t care. I saw another person try to walk in and realized the doors were locked, and store closed. Managment needs to be aware that they lost at least two customers due to negligence.

I love this Sally’s location! I was able to find the hair product and tools I needed quickly and easily with the help of the friendly staff, Hannah! She was super nice! She had such pretty magenta hair! Thank you! So excited to try this new blow dryer out, my first blow dryer that wasn’t a gift.

They were gossiping about something their whole entire time didn’t offer me help when I finally asked for help they didn’t even know what products I needed or anything like that I don’t expect them to be experts but at least have some knowledge when you working at a beauty store

Store and employees were great. The manager was a different story. If anyone should be reevaluated it her. She stood in the middle of the lane on a iPad just scrolling through a internet article that wasn't even work reevaluated. After I asked her to please move so I could look at the product on the self she acted like I was in her way. This is not how you treat paying customers. She did the same thing twice. Not to mention if you want more than one of something good luck. If she had sent half the time ordering as she did on some random web site I would have given 3 stars but she failed

Love shopping here. Always so friendly and helpful. They always have what I need and if the dont they let me know when they receive it. I'll keep coming for sure.

The shop is a mess and just feels really disorganized. They don’t have samples out for the colors they’ve always had (everything has new packaging now so it was hard to find what I normally buy in the first place) and it definitely didn’t help that they were more worried about scooting me out the door than helping me find the color I needed which would have taken less time had they just cared a little. I was looking for my L’Oréal black/blue (blue onyx) and the person I asked snatched one out and said that was it without noticing there were two other black/blues next to it also without samples to look at. Super disappointed. I’ll be trying another location now just to avoid the weird energy in there.

The manager has her kids in the backstock room when she leaves during her shift to pick them up from school. she even makes them help her run the store sometimes, she also leaves hours early from her shift WITHOUT clocking out, that way, when her her shift is actually over, she calls her employees to clock her out so that she STILL GETS HER HOURS. Very rude and disrespectful.
