Finally got to go to the Galleria and this is durring Christmas time and yes it was nuts but it had so many diffrent things and stores to go to and a huge ice skating rink and enormous Christmas tree! The Santa Land experience was amazing for my daughter, and she enjoyed getting to see Santa for the first time! Definitely will be coming back next year!

As far as malls go, the Dallas Galleria is just OK. It is very difficult to get into for one thing, but once you're there just try finding a bathroom! We entered onto the second level where there is only ONE BATHROOM (in the Weston Hotel). At the other end you have to use the Nordstrum's bathroom. Barring that, you have to take an elevator up to the third level to pee. It's effing ridiculous that for all the MILLIONS they spent building this alter to capitalism, they skimped on the public facilities so bad. The skating rink is also rinky dink compared to the Houston Galleria.

This mall is gorgeous especially during Christmas! It's very beautifully decorated. There is a HUGE Christmas tree in the middle of the ice skating ring along with smaller ones all over the mall. They have an assortment of restaurants/cafes on the bottom level along with places you can grab a quick bite all throughout the mall. The kids area is spacious and cleaned often. One thing I really appreciate about this mall as opposed to others is that (especially after Covid) a lot of stores went out of business and in many malls there are so many open spots and it just looks so sad and depressing to walk through a mall where every other space is up for rent and empty. This one is very full. It seems like malls back in the day.. full of life and many people. They have a lot of luxury stores that I would never consider shopping at, but there are a lot of normal stores in there too like Cotton On and Old Navy. I like this mall a lot and will go back.. especially during the holiday season because it is just so pretty.

Popular Dallas mall, including indoor ice skating in the middle of the mall. I usually always stop in the cowboys store here in The Galleria. Found a cool hat store here where I purchased my first cowgirl hat.

I realize that time brings about a change...gone are the days where they were malls were thriving with quality stores that were full of life. Stand-alone stores like TJ Maxx, Marshalls and Ross as well as online shopping has put a whippin' on malls as a whole. Soooo, this brings me to my take on the Galleria. What used to be a 'must stop' when visiting Dallas is now a thing of the past. What a waste of time, gas and energy...I don't plan to return. Most of the designer stores have left and been replaced by off-the-wall stores. I understand what's going on and it's unbelievably sad. Thank GOD the skating rink is still there. It remains a huge highlight of the mall. Although our shopping experience was a wash we were able to enjoy the finesse and graceful skills of one skater while eyeing another in training. To sum things up, I'll say this, "At some point all good things will eventually come to an end". For those who still have a love for indoor shopping, 'have at it while it last'. The handwriting on the future of malls is on the wall.

The Galleria is a HUGE mall in the DFW area, and we decided to check it out after going to North Park to see how it is. It was my first time visiting the mall, so I had high hopes. It really is what people say it is. A very crowded mall with very many stores, but not as clean or nice as North Park. The Galleria has pretty much anything and everything you need, but it just looks a little more worn down. The higher you get in the floors, it gets hotter because the sun protection is well done, but because the sun light is still so strong, it comes down hard. It's also nice that they have an ice skating rink right in the middle of the mall. Fun to ice skate, but it is also fun to people watch if you're just at the mall for a day to chill. Overall, pretty decent mall but I definitely think I prefer North Park over Galleria.

Very nice - large 3 story mall with all the stores you could want. Brand names galore including Tiffany's & Louis Vuitton and more. Large parking garages labeled by color so you can remember where you parked. Just be ready to walk with some comfy shoes!

Very nice selection of stores. My whole family shopped here and there was something for each of us. 3 levels. There's an ice skating rink on the first level. Food court is on the third. Again, great selection of places to eat. Loved that there was a Thai restaurant because I don't eat a lot of meat and they had quite a few vegetable dishes. Realized that we spent 5 hours here but only after we left!

This is the largest mall I've ever seen so far.. with 4 stories and an ice skating rink inside! My kids and I spent the whole day exploring. And - if your ID shows you live over 50 miles away you can get a VIP card from customer service that gives you extra discounts in many different stores!

Shop selection has improved in current years and the property has been updated. My kids love this mall due to the numerous athletic show stores. I love that it is spread out and gives ample room to not feel so trampled over like other area malls. The food selection is ok, but wish there was a bit more to choose from. The only downfall I see is the parking situation or the way cats get backed up when exiting. It is atrocious. At least blue garage parking but hey it's free! Lots to do around the area with a bit of a drive to downtown Dallas too.

Very sizable, has lots of higher end stores. Came during the lunar new year lantern decorations. Very nice, clean and has a lot of different stores. Ice rink in the center, good way to spend a Saturday morning.

Nice Galleria. Not as big as the Houston location but still has everything you'd want in a mall. Parking is a lot easier and they actually have ppl directing the traffic. Also it's easier to get around lol I didn't get lost
