My recent visit to Sam's Club was marred by incredibly poor customer service. From the cashier to the employee assisting with loading purchases into my car, the attitude was dismissive and unhelpful. Despite politely asking for assistance, I was left to load my items alone, and the cashier seemed disinterested in providing any assistance. Furthermore, witnessing another customer's struggle to receive help with a recent purchase exemplified the lack of attentiveness from staff members. This experience left me deeply disappointed and frustrated, and I strongly advise others to avoid this location due to its glaring lack of customer service.

Ìt's 8:24pm. Google hours says it should be open until 9:00pm. The pumps are still working. For some reason, the trash can lids are all off the cans. Looks like someone didn't finish their closing duties.

Gas pump took/held 75 dollars and didn't even let me purchase gas. Pump#16. Never happened before but this is probably the last time I get gas here. Normally the hold is 1.00 and is immediately refunded but this time....smh

Sam’s self-checkout saves a lot of time, and the scanner worked on everything I bought (and my Sam’s card on my phone.) If you go in, and the shelves look like a bomb went off, you’re in Walmart. Sam’s is downstairs.
