I worked at sams for a year and watched the store manager allow these other managers to be racist to their employees and constantly pick at them for the smallest things they get mad at us when we don't get them their credits they want us to lie to the customer and play them for their credit and money Sams credit card is not worth it all it does is take ur money and leave u with a bad credit they will tell u things like u get 30$ off and all this but in reality u don't these managers are racist they don't care abt their employees nor members horrible customer service

Not nearly enough staff to make checking out quick. General merchandise and cafe both move slow due to lack of people. And the people that are there move at a slow pace. No sense of urgency. I was in retail for 15 years and this level of service was never acceptable. I hope it improves.

I worked here as a cart pusher and managers would treat all of us like s*** the store manager zack snapped his fingers at workers the other manager kiss his a** and allow all the bull s*** to happen to us they don't give a f*** about the customers they only care about getting you approved for a credit card I'd stay the f*** away from this store they've had to hire 17 lot associates all simply because managers treat us like animals

I had a delivery, Order 9840028744, scheduled for Friday, April 1. 4 packs of water and 1 pack of Gatorade. i received a text saying the order was delivered, but that was not the case. I called the store, 2143429810, and was told the delivery was misdelivered. I called Saturday asking about replacing the items or refunding my money. The store has not attempted to reach out to me about replacing the items or refunding me back my money. Bad business!!!!

I sure am glad me and the family are Costco members. We came over here because my wife's dad added her to his membership and the experience here with customer service to Costco is like night and day. Mostly here they haggle you to upgrade your membership and when you ask for something they always reply in a bad mood and or everyone seems like they in a bad mood. Food doesn't look fresh for the most part and I would not get a membership here personally.

This is a great location. What stood out the most was the exceptional customer service and how friendly the staff were there. Willing to take the extra step to assist us with locating items and problem solving an online transaction we had questions about. Very clean and organized In This store . The line after checkout could use some work but other than that it was a great experience. The pizza at the Sam's restaurant was really good too.

I would not recommend this location nor the Buckner location in Dallas for any Bakery needs. The customer service is very bad. They do not answer the phone. If they do, they do not greet you, they simply pick up then put you on hold. I waited on hold today at 6pm for over an hour with no answer. When working to make my daughter's 1st birthday a special event, using companies like Sam's club with horrible customer service was not the way to go.

Total failure. I went tonight just before 6pm to get two tires I ordered installed on the car. I was told that I would have to make an appointment for the next day. I could see in the garage part that they were not busy. I asked again and was told that they couldn’t do the installation today. Fine keep the tires. I left the store at 6:30pm, after finishing my other shopping,and the garage area was completely empty.

I had my 2007 Prius (total babe magnet I know ;) ) tires changed here and it was just 2 employees working there. It took an hour to get changed and they didnt even reset my TPMS sensor at all. I had to go to another location near my house and dropped it off for another hour to fix it. Very disappointed in the tire service here. I thought Sams Club would have better employees then this.

I use my cell phone App to check out it is the BEST!!!!! Had a attitude problem with the elder employee in automotive he is just old and grouchy. But it didn't detour me. I purchased a battery. They do need more hand sanitizer through the store because ppl touch every dam thing. No samples right now which is ok so don't come hungry. Lol I don't have anything bad to say or anymore to review.

Complete failure on Covid-19 precautions: This store is a complete failure on Covid-19 precautions. One of my precautions at Sam's is to use their app to scan my items and avoid standing in line where customers sometimes get closer than 6 feet during checkout. I also limit what I buy at Sam's to what I can carry to avoid touching their carts. This has worked well for the last 9 months, but today, the receipt checker at the door decided she had to scan all three items I had in my arm, scanning the first item whose bar-code was facing out to make it easy for her, then pulling the second item from the stack to scan, then stepping within about 12 inches of me to scan the bottom item whose barcode was facing me. There was no social distancing. I had just finished a 10 day in house quarantine from my wife who took a flight to a family emergency. I really don't need to be infected by a needless check at the Sam's Club door. Additionally, when I entered the building, there were three employees on break loitering by the carts. Two had no masks on whatsoever.
