Their's 3 "employees" working at member services so why does it take 30+ minutes to get one single person through the line??? I'm not waiting 2-3 hours just for a physical card, do better.

⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stars for improvementWas great by a wonderful gentleman named Juan today. Totally different experience than the other lady!!! Job Well done Sam's!!!Do better Sam's Club! You have a rude Hispanic lady at the door who says Membership Card. Um here's the thing, I'm a member and shop here religiously. It's sad that you don't think a person may be getting a membership, just browsing to see if they want a membership. You guys probably do it because there's a homeless population in this area but clearly you could tell the difference when someone is in a company logo shirt with slack and shoes. Worst part is she's just standing in the corner chatting some people up in Spanish and stops mid conversation to ask. Very offensive. I work right down the street and we use this to supply our property, from now on I'm taking the drive to Midway and 635 for better service interaction

Do not shop here unless you want your vehicle stolen from their parking lot!!! My truck was stolen as well as another ladies truck at the same time!!! How the hell do they have a security patrolling the parking lot and two trucks get stolen at the same time that doesn’t make any sense!!!

This one star is for the greeter at the door. Rude and asked is for a card. Which by the way has not happened since we got membership. Consistency is key. If you are going to ask ASK everyone and do it daily. We get ready to check out and I was asked for assistance in translating. Not a problem at at. The customer was trying to purchase items and did NOT have a membership. No happy at all Sam's!The young lady working the registers was very pleasant and nice. I give her 10 stars.

It’s Sam’s Club. Look, you know that every store has its warts, by its blemishes, but overall how can you beat it unless you’re Costco even then if I were doing a review for Costco I would say the same thing except for SAMS CLUB. So if you’ve been living under a rock or on the moon, go check out Sam’s Club it’s not just 5 gallon buckets of mayonnaise anymore. They have something for everybody. And I will see this one advantage they do have over Costco is when you’re trying to get out of the store you’re not being blocked in by everyone trying to eat right by the exit doors.

Pros: Store is clean and organized, automated checkout is very convinient.Cons: Exit staff checking merchandise against receipt purchases move very slow and slow my departure constantly. Ramdom check of one or two articles should suffice. Costco does it in this manner, but this SAMS location goes over the top and is annoying making honeest paying customers dislike visit after such pleasant shopping experience. If store is worried about theft, hire hire security camara staff that dont slow down honest paying customers shopping experience.

I live closer too another sams and drive about extra 15 miles too come to this one since they have a much bigger variety of products never thought they would have about 300 boxes of expired product from August on the shelf. They didn't give two craps and did not want to give me the corporate number until I asked for a manager(as if I couldn’t have looked it up myself) smh.
