Honestly don't know what was the problem with me having to stop search for my card just to get in; but as I'm leaving they let 2 couples in without checking their membership. This is 2nd time I seen this crap done to me. This last time I shop to this one. Ruined my mood going in there.

terrible experience at this club. I've been a member since 2009 and buy a lot every month. I went to return brand new clothing items quantity of 2 that i ordered online. items were still individually wrapped from warehouse and never opened or used. the manager said i needed invoice or to download pdf on my phone and send via email. i used my Sams mobile app to make purchase and was very complicated to return in store. they scanned items and have all information there, even with that they were unable to honor sams club 100% satisfaction guarantee. what if i am not tech savvy or unable to perform due to disability? the reason they have a job is because of the customers! I wish Sams club had robots instead, they would be more of assistance than the people working there. I never had an issue until today. not even a manager could make an exception for return, ridiculous. for 2 little clothing items not worth more than $16. the staff members are also untrained, doesn't even know their return policy. Sams club need to investigate this store and replace or train management for proper service. their roasted chicken is not consistent, many times undercook, too hard/chewy, long check out time when leaving club. my goodness I had to contact Sams via Facebook, via online and via chat so i can make a complaint. they refunded me for both items without having me to return them back. Sams club service is going downhill, i rarely encounter staff members because i use scan and go and purchase online a lot. their shopping carts block parking lot too , the parking space that is closer for us customers, because they are lazy. they need to remove those shopping carts elsewhere, i need to make another complaint for that.

They are one of the few Sams club where the bakery picks up and actually let me place an order over the phone and was polite and helpful. They were not “booked” up weeks in advance like the others claim to be! Overall nice Sams club

Sams Club is a great place to shop for bulk items. Speedy self check out, great prices, customer service was great on a return, she was very helpful

Distancing is difficult. I finally mastered self checkout but could not buy beer in self check out. They need more protein driven packaged snacks
