Terrible take way too long and don’t know what they’re doing. Truck won’t scan at autopsies anymore after service here. Also my vehicle started misfiring a few days after I got it out the shop.

Do not I repeat do not bring your car here. These people are con artist...I had my car towed to this shop because it was overheating I was told a dionostic would cost 65 bucks ended up being 180 but this shop provides no paperwork or can show me anything of how they discovered what issues were just wanted me to pay an additional 780 bucks and told me I needed thermostat hoses.. They didn't provide me with part numbers or anything..I paid for the diagnostic anf had my car towed from business I wouldn't recommend this place they should be shut down. Also nobody understands English which was another problem.

Terrible experience at this shop! They quoted me $1800, but ended up charging me much more, claiming the work was more difficult than expected. Why didn’t they inform me before doing the extra work?
Additionally, I gave them a sensor to install, and they broke it. Not only did they refuse to pay for it, but they also threw it on the floor, right in front of me, disrespectfully. Unbelievable!
The lack of communication, poor treatment, and rude attitude make this the worst shop I’ve ever been to. I absolutely do not recommend it. Avoid this place at all costs!

I have used this place for many years. My father and I have brought Raul several cars and they always come back with honest work. They only provide you with what’s necessary to fix the car and do not sell you things you do not need. I use them for all routine maintenance.

I paid them to rebuild rhe transmission of my truck and after $2700 and returning my truck 9 different times with a worst condition of the transmissions in 5 months time i took t to montoyas auto. They took the transmissions down and called me. I went over they showed me that my transmissions was never rebuilt. Still had all the old parts and nothing was done. They scammed me $2700 and I'm filing a lawsuit on them to get my $$ back. They said it need oil cooler. I bought it summit racing. It needed a new torque converter, I told them do it.. it started to smell like burnt transmissions oil. He said it's the exhaust gasket. I said replace it. It's the engine oil pan gasket, I said replace it. And on and on

I took my F250 6.7 diesel in after someone put 2 gallons of regular gasoline in it. It was known it was never started or ran with Gasoline.Sanchez quoted me $5,600 to fix the problem, then adjusted it $3,800After paying a $500 storage and diagnostic fee, I moved the truck to Big D automotive on Walnut Hill Lane Dallas. They had it running like new for $150 in minutes.DO NOT TRUST SANCHEZ.THEY ARE LIARS AND CHEATS

Took my car in for a ac compressor fix drive my a day later and they hit my car was supposed to be a 3 day at most job now it’s been a week never called to advise me they hit my car until I drove by and seen the damage on my car

I called beforehand before coming to this dump and the workers there are so entitled to the point where they like to look at you with the dumb clueless look on their face while they laugh amongst another. These people told me to come up there to b seen & i drive 30 mins and wouldn't even greet me smh y'all have not only lost yalls mind but also a loyal customer of 5+ years.

On a Sunday afternoon, I was looking for a shop when I stumbled across Sanchez Auto Service. I had recently replaced the sway bars on my 2015 Jeep Renegade Latitude, and the nuts weren't tight, so I found them and they took care of me very quickly. Once they tightened them up, the knocking and rattling stopped entirely.
