I took my F250 6.7 diesel in after someone put 2 gallons of regular gasoline in it. It was known it was never started or ran with Gasoline.Sanchez quoted me $5,600 to fix the problem, then adjusted it $3,800After paying a $500 storage and diagnostic fee, I moved the truck to Big D automotive on Walnut Hill Lane Dallas. They had it running like new for $150 in minutes.DO NOT TRUST SANCHEZ.THEY ARE LIARS AND CHEATS

On a Sunday afternoon, I was looking for a shop when I stumbled across Sanchez Auto Service. I had recently replaced the sway bars on my 2015 Jeep Renegade Latitude, and the nuts weren't tight, so I found them and they took care of me very quickly. Once they tightened them up, the knocking and rattling stopped entirely.

They will not take care of your repair or own up go somewhere else don't waste your time, if I would've read the previous comment would've saved me a time and trip.

Absolutely amazing! Very efficient, prices are reasonable. Took my car in for a complicated task, and they could do everything requested! Will definitely be back, and will refer all my friends with car needs! Just try them once, you will definitely go back...

I bought a van from an auto parts company in December. They mentioned that Sanchez Auto Repair had replaced the transmission less than 6 months ago. Right before I actually took possession of the van, the transmission started slipping so I told the seller they should take it back to Sanchez since it was supposedly still "under warranty". Sanchez charged them another $550 to replace the transmission solenoid and I took possession of the van. Since then, I took the van to an actual Dodge RAM dealer to do a full inspection. The dealer just got back to me with a full report saying that no work had been done on the transmission and that it had significant internal damager (torque converter fully damaged, low transmission fluid and no replacement of solenoids as mentioned). They recommended a full transmission replacement. I just want to let everyone know that whatever this shop claims they did, they did not do or did extremely poorly. I'm also going back to the seller to let them know that whatever work they paid for was not performed.Service: Transmission

$1k worth of ordered parts and repair, to receive my vehicle tampered with and an unfinished job. I work on my own car, but decided to take it to their shop due to me not having time to focus on it. A clutch kit and passenger cv axle was replaced. The next day of driving, the drivers side cv axle collapsed on me midway down the road, which what seemed to be un tightened bolts. I did not have my tools with me at the moment. With warranty in parts and labor, I called the shop to request a tow on their behalf. It was then stated THAT I was responsible for the towing. I then decided I did not want to deal with the negative energy I sensed when doing business with them. With me not being able to be at the shop with the car that day, they thought I was naive and overcharged me, which unfortunately they did, to then leaving a part loosened to make me think another issue had presented itself, to take advantage again. No sir. Think again. Everyone, If you can please stay away.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement
