Originally from Burleson but we lived in Huntington Beach for 10 years. I worked in CRE during that time, we were regular guest of the Guild hotel starting the week they launched, they were still staining the wood trim outside of the elevators and have been a guest through the transition into Mint House, we're now Peridot residents. We were originally on the 22nd floor, now 39th floor. Some things to note, in high winds you can feel the building away above floor 35. On the top two floors on the windiest days you feel a bit of a constant bobbing, like you're on top of a flagpole. All of that said, the building is extremely safe and very well maintained. Having daily access to the tunnel system as well as Thanksgiving Square as our back yard are amazing amenities. Need to add more grills and TV/Sound system to the pool area!! Also please run the lobby escalators on Sundays; we live on property 365 days per year!! Love our home!!

Showed up in person as phone calls have not worked. Security guard gave me a paper with phone numbers to call. Saying there aren’t any workers in the building as everyone works from home.

I’ve come here for the parking garage mainly, but also come to the tower club for an event. Very nice building and centrally located for parking. It’s across from the giant eyeball and walking distance to the AT&T discovery district.

I highly, highly recommend this place, it is amazing, the grilled cheese with veggies and red pepper tomato soup are the best in town, it won’t disappoint. More than five star service, beautiful ambience, you must visit for yourself.

There is underground parking and I never have a problem finding a spot.I was a member of the Tower Club on the top floor. The building is well maintained and seems secure. There is a restaurant in the lobby area of the the building and the Tower Club offers two restaurants on the 48th floor.
