when you go to pay for 10 of gas then they take 20 from you and only give 10 of gas they keep an extra 10 without letting you know that's bad service

Stopped in and bought a bag of cheetos and I dropped them from a height of less than a foot onto a mattress and they went everywhere. I knew they weren't the best of people but to go so low as to sell an open bag of chips? And I have seen them sell tobacco and alcohol to minors. Too bad 1 star is as low as I can go.
