They don’t deserve a star Do not rent at this storage here the service is bad and the general manager is no help they triple your prices. her name is Jessica.i have asked her to do one thing and she keeps going around in circles to avoid t0 do it. I would like to spk with someone above her. She said in her own words they don’t have time to speak with me. We are paying customers that pay this high prices a 5x10 paying over 130$. I’m not worth spk with they don’t need my business. I will be removing my items this month. Losing a customer

Easy online system but NO ONE in the office for 2 days and did not answer the phone. Could not leave a message because the system was full. I wanted to know if a unit was available in a different building. Guess I will just keep what I got. I went to get the contract and key from the unit but wasn’t told it would be zip tide. I had nothing to cut it with and no one there to help. Came back the second day and no one in the office.
