The Seidel Mortgage Group's service is top notch! After dealing with multiple national banks and local credit unions, I still decided to partner with Ted and his team. Although they are similarly priced, their customer service and closing speed is by far the best I've ever experienced. They worked with me and were extremely transparent throughout the entire process. I can't recommend them enough!

My real estate agent recommended Ted and his team; I compared around and went with his team. Best decision I ever made. I kicked my agent to the curb but kept him and I do not know what I would have done without Ted and his team. They are incredibly helpful, customer service oriented and on top of things. As a first time home buyer, the process was overwhelming and trying to coordinate between all the different teams of people can be frustrating at times. Whenever I was in doubt I could call, text or e-mail Ted's team and they'd give me a good idea of what was normal, what to expect and made sure I had an idea of what was needed by what date. I can't imagine going through all the paperwork without them and I believe that their work is really superior. I am so grateful that I was able to have them on my side.

My real estate agent recommended Ted. He and his team are terrific. The market was very hot and he got me fully approved (not just pre-approved) fast so that my offer would have the best chance of getting accepted. Thanks to him and his team, I got the second home I offered on. In addition, my financial/employment situation was rather unique and complicated. His people worked closely with me, answering all my questions and doing significant legwork to push the loan through. Ted even checked up on me a few weeks after I closed, just to make sure that the everything was working out and that I didn't have any questions about how to pay the mortgage, etc. I would definitely work with them again and highly recommend them.

Over the years I have worked with several mortgage specialist, some more than once, and most quite good.Without doubt Ted and his group are the best experience I have ever had. Never a moment of concern and no second thoughts. These folks are the best!

The worst experience. Please do not use this man. Lies and omits critical information. He leads you to believe he is working for you but documents are wrong and tries to force signatures.

I have been fortunate enough to have Ted arrange two mortgages for me. He is thorough, professional, and certainly knowledgeable. When circumstances arise that might cause some bankers to give up, Ted always works to find a solution. I couldn't recommend him more.

As a first time home buyer, I was very nervous and unfamiliar about the home mortgage process. How refreshing it was to work with financial professionals like Ted Seidel and his team. Our loan request was not necessarily "run of the mill" and Ted and his team had the expertise, knowledge and perseverance to get us our loan. Not only that, but they went out of their way to ensure it was a loan beneficial to us. I would recommend them to anyone with a home loan need, and they will be the first call I make when I need a new one.
