Senderra pharmacy called to let me know I was out of network for 2024. I have been receiving this medication since last year. Being that this is a specialty medication you need prior authorization in order to use this prescription. My doctor was getting the prior authorization. Senderra, you just lost out on $7500 a month. The customer service is poor and the reps have a not so friendly attitude. I will never come back to this pharmacy again. United Healthcare was paying for my prescription and the lie that Senderra Pharmacy told me is okay. I will be visiting with my Rheumatologist on 1/11/24 and I will be getting a new prescription with a different specialty pharmacy. ?????

Uses gangstalking tactics to try to get you to agree to refills. My doctor and I are probably changing my meds. I explained this to them, but that doesn't stop them from calling my cell phone, my office, all of my doctors offices, my manger, my family, etc, who is all now super concerned, and calling me.I do not OWE Senderra anything, but as of today, they have made well over 2 dozen phone calls trying to get me to refill a prescription I don't need.This is really, really gross. STOP IT.

Senderra is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. It’s been over 2 weeks of trying to get my medication. My doctor’s office, Orencia co-pay assistance rep and myself have made multiple calls and still no medication. My insurance approved my prescription and I’m enrolled on a co-pay assistance program yet Senderra keeps giving me the run around. My last call to Senderra today Janice said to call my copay assistance program I asked for what exactly? I have given everything to bill them…she hung up on me. Senderra had made no effort to contact my copay assistance program. Senderra has billed my medical insurance to later reimburse them?? Why Senderra why?? 2 weeks might not seen like a lot of time but for a person that depends on a medication to function every day counts. To say my experience with Senderra has been frustrating is an understatement.

The worst customer service. They should not outsource their customer service overseas. I have missed at least 6 months of medications due to their incompetence and mismanagement.

The absolute WORST specialty pharmacy I've ever had to deal with. No online support options. No auto refills. You have to call in every month to have your refill sent to you and you can never get a hold of anyone to speak to and have to play phone tag waiting for a call back. No reason patients should have to jump through these many hoops to receive their medications in 2022 with so much technology at our disposal. Unacceptable!

NEGATIVE stars for this joke of a company. Never thought I would be reviewing a pharmacy but feel I have to warn everyone who is considering using this company to stay FAR away! Just received a call the day this company was supposed to ship out my next round of medication and learned they are no longer going to fill my prescription and I must call another specialty pharmacy. Now I will miss my scheduled dose and have to start at ground zero with insurance authorizations, etc. Who just drops a patient like that!?! Apparently Senderra does. Furious is an understatement. NEVER use this company!!!!!

My wife and I were both forced to use this pharmacy without any choice. They have no CRM in 2022. Their employees have the worst customer service and lack any customer service skills based on our interactions. They also blatantly invade at-risk patients privacy with questions that patients have no obligation to answer. My wife was supposed to get medication this weekend, but FedEx fraudulently said they delivered when they absolutely did NOT. I have security camera coverage of our drive for the full day and NO FED-EX TRUCK. Senderra is forcing my wife to work it out with Fed-ex, when she could have just gone to a local pharmacy to begin with.

Still waiting for meds prescribed 3/11. No communication so I must call them daily. Have been given different answers daily. I have to use them, or I absolutely would not. Sitting in pain daily while being told lies is not fun. No end to my dilemma in sight. 2 stars are for past experiences. Slow and unreliable then, but so far not as bad as this month.

Is it possible to give negative stars? I have been chasing my meds since May, first was my dr fault. So I reached out to my dr and they faxed everything again. Now its june 1 they claim they received it but now its a prior authorization from my insurance. So I then reached out to my insurance who claim they authorized it. Now its June 23 and guess who still does not have her medicine. We have been calling 2 to 3 times each week and still nothing. So far I am 10 days without my xyljanz and can no longer walk without help. Guess who is supposed to get my meds tomorrow but if I do not get them call on the next day. Come on, I swear as soon as my insurance says I can switch to another specialty pharmacy I am there. Stay far far away from Senderra. I never had this problem with cvs specialty they were great.

Great company to work for. I was there for a year and I would definitely go back. They are very family orientated and I love that. I can honestly say this is the best company that I have ever worked for. I'm currently still with the company I left them for but the love I have for this company will never change. This is a GREAT COMPANY. Love u all and miss you dearly.

This place is awesome, I have been getting my specialty medication from them for quite a long time. They are always on time, never once has my delivery been late. There have been a few times that I have had questions about my other medications that I do not even receive from them and they are always willing to answer anything that I ask.

Senderra Pharmacy makes sure that I have enough injections on hand; If not, they will send me more via FedEx. I never run out, and that is extremely important to me. They provide excellent customer service! Thank you Senderra!?

After taking a ton of different meds to help my RA, my doctor finally told me that I should try Embril. He gave me my first injection and the results were immediate. I am on a fixed income so I don’t have extra money. He let me know that this medication was very costly and advised me to contact them for financial assistance. A few days later I got the call that Medicare had approved it!! I was very surprised and ever so grateful! I have been taking Embrel for three months now and I am doing things I haven’t been able to do in years. Thank you Senderra for making this life changing medicine.The refill process couldn’t be easier!! It comes well packed in a little styrofoam box with ice gel, with plenty of time before my script runs out! Feel free to contact me! Clare B

Senderra has been good about contacting me when it's time for a refill, and delivery has been on time. The extra questions they ask are quite time consuming, especially since most of the customer service reps are very hard to understand. Many times I have just given a random answer because some of the reps get Very cranky when I Have to keep asking them to repeat the question, which by the way is not a positive customer experience. Other than that, I do receive my medication and me and my Dr's nurse take care of the rest.
