Came in here on a Tuesday, No one looked my way nor helped me. I wanted to buy Dior foundation that a friend recommended me to check out and needed to know my shade. I had to ask someone for help, but she said she was too busy to help me and she called someone but no one ever came. I waited and waited to the point that I had to help myself by trying on the foundation, not knowing what to do not having the right tools just using my hands and smearing makeup all over my face so I decided that I’m not purchasing anything from here. I’m just gonna go directly to Neimans and get me better make up. Thanks for your horrible customer service

Workers are rude, very unhelpful. It was not clean or organized.

The only way the folks there could have been less helpful would be by slapping the products out of my hands. That would have required them to acknowledge customers though.
Just buy online and save the frustration.

That’s horrible. Me and my friend came to buy something today. We’ve been shopping at Sephora for so long and always have a great experience before until today. They asked the mall’s polices (3cops came) come over to ask my friend leave BECAUSE she wear a mini skirt (it’s not a bikibi or whatever. If you’re a girl you know what’s a mini skirt) when we’re waiting on the line checking out. We didn’t bother anyone, just come in get the stuff and leave around 5-10mins. And they said it’s because the policy. They have the dress code for customer shopping there. I called their customer service and they said no. They will answer my complaint in 24-48hours. But never come to this place. They are racist.

So 10 yr Olds are the "guest" now.
They have to be treated as any other guest who walks in.
So sephora has NO PROBLEM talking your 10 yr old into buying products they don't need. All run by greedy corporations and even worse run by ignorant District Managers. This one for the DFW Districts is an absolute moron who has NO IDEA what's going on in her stores but micromanages to make her feel more important. Like she's actually doing something

Do not let Rian do your makeup. Half an hour after I left the store the makeup cracked. When I went back to ask them to fix it, they brushed me off saying there were no artists available AND they refused to give me a refund since I left the store. Absolutely ridiculous.

Came in to buy specific items, but needed help locating it after walking around the whole store. Never greeted, never asked if I needed help. I approached 4 different associates who weren’t with guests. 2 walked past me. Third was leaning on a shelf on the phone and refused to look up at me. 4th looked me up and down, then ran to greet a man that just walked in. Over 5 minutes of me standing in the middle of a main isle trying to get help and no one came up to me. Not that it should matter, but I looked like someone who does hair and makeup and spend money there. Worst service I have ever seen at a Sephora. I left without purchasing any of the 5 items I came to buy

I had an appointment for a full face service. Deja was supposed to help me but seemed to not know what she was doing or didnt want to bother with me. So Enrique took over. He was great and very kind. I recommend asking for him if you want your makeup done.

I came with my mother to pick up her birthday gift. She was told she could pick it up when she called. Her birthday is a few weeks away, and we're not in the area often. We were told to wait, regardless.I am kind of disappointed, and I expected a better quality of customer service.Good products, but not starbucks or chick-fil-a level of customer service.My aunt informed me that the two cashiers were laughing as we walked away.We went to Macy's, and they gave us the best service and bombarded her with gifts. Go to Macy's and see Aliya.

Staff lacks entry level problem-solving skills. Acceptable for floor staff, and maybe even 1st level "team leads". Unable to get call-back or any help at all from "store manager" ...= completely unacceptable.
