The lady greeting at the front was SO NICE and helped everyone coming in.
I placed an online order and she helped me. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong shade so I came back into the store not even 5 min later to exchange the right shade. I went to the back with a cashier who was SO RUDE. She wouldn’t even look at me when she talked and just gave plain attitude showing she didn’t want to help. #1 reason I hate going into Sephora because of employees like this.
She asked me with attitude twice if I opened and tried on the shade to which I had ALREADY told her I just got the product not even 5 min ago.

Stopped by yesterday for a sample of foundation since my order hasn’t arrived yet and I have a job interview today. I asked for a sample and the guy was so super nice and as I was walking out, I’m assuming she’s the store manager goes “oh a sample?” So so rude. I heard what you said, and chose not to say anything. I will be coming back and making sure to place my next large order with him.

Can you say rude !!!!!! I called for a product check, she said to call back in 15 minutes, I was like was there a reason she could not do a product check she said yes, then I was put on hold. When she got back on the phone she never asked what product I was looking for nor did she bother to help. To add insult to injury, she was supposed to be a manager. I'm in shock from this treatment. She said look online and see if any of the stores had the product. So to sum it up she didn't want to help. I asked for district manager info she said to call a 877 number they could help. This person has no business being a manager of any kind anywhere.

Destiny and Kami are AMAZING associates. They both have so much expertise regarding the right products for black women of all shades. Destiny made me feel welcomed, she wasn’t pushy, but she was there every step of the process providing amazing insight. I spent way more than I intended to but it doesn’t even matter because I KNOW the products I have will work for me. Give them both a raise!

I bought all the one size product here no other store had it but this location has everything I end up buying the wow hair product too n some colonial and perfumes for my family I love this bb store.

I’m brand new to Dallas, and had the best experience in this location today. Brad took the time to work with me, was so kind, and made me feel so pretty with the makeup he chose for me. (Another young girl also helped me but I never got her name unfortunately) For anyone else brand new at makeup, go here. Everyone that works here is so nice and helpful! They will not upsell you, they are genuinely focused on helping you find the best products!
I never leave reviews, but I genuinely had to express how appreciative I am of the kindness I was shown in this store.

Sunday I came into this location for the first time and was greeted by the lovely Michelle. I told her I was coming to get KVD foundation, she informed me that the products are no longer available. Instead of turning me away she introduced me to Celeste who was super sweet and knowledgeable. Celeste helped me find another foundation, she took her time going through the shades to find that perfect match, she also gave me the run down on the product & how it’s similar to what I normally get. After I picked out my foundation, I informed Celeste that I’m all good to go. Of course, moments later I remembered I needed a concealer as well. Celeste had another client she was helping at the time. But Yvette came to my rescue as I was standing in confusion, She was fun to talk to and understood my concerns with concealers and took her time to help find what I was looking for. As she was helping me, I decided to pick up more products that I could use. This is the first location I have EVER come across where the staff was a 10/10. They are pretty engaging, super nice and helpful in every way possible. I didn’t feel any pressure to buy what they offered, it was the experience, positive vibes that I received that encourage me to spend more time in the store.
I don’t normally write reviews but because I was blown away by their top notch service it was a must!!!

This is my neighborhood store so I shop here often. I usually have a great experience but there is one manager here who goes out of their way to be difficult about returns. I have witnessed him decline and hassle people despite the return policy being very clear. I ordered a candle online during the rouge sale and it was delivered shattered. I took it to the store the cashier was easily going to replace it for me but he said I had to call an online rep to have it replaced or take it to a store that has it in stock. It would have been a very easy fix for him to simply make it right for me but instead he sent me out with a clearly damaged item. Silly.

this used to be my favorite Sephora location until this previous weekend with the Sephora sale I was rushed I was not helped properly. No one seemed like they actually wanted to help me, but everyone wanted me to say their name up at the counter parentheses yes I used to work here so I know that you need to say who helped you at the register, but no one actually wanted to help me actually everyone was rushing me and including the young lady who checked me out the young lady dhoulder length curly Brown Hair, she’s about 5’6 and she was on register most of the day she rushed me through my transaction. I am actually a rouge member and I did not get my 30% off because she did not even ask me what the correct email was she just selected one and did not inform me of how much I would be saving and when I looked at my receipt I only saved 10% beauty insider when I am rouge and I’ve spent over $1000 here this year.Go to ulta you get a lot more bang for your buck !!
