Alexis W. the store manager was wonderful!! She was very friendly and welcoming and took the time to help me out with my questions. She had such a positive attitude and energy and you could tell she takes good care of her store's customers and really listens to her customers. I felt like I was working 1:1 with a makeup consultant. Thank you for making the buying experience exceptional Alexis!

My first time coming to Sephora and it can be overwhelming. KY was absolutely amazing in helping me find everything I was looking for. She was super friendly, knowledgeable and had the best attitude. She is the reason I will come back!

Robbie was extremely kind and helpful at this location. He helped me find the right shade of Haus Labs bronzer and even applied it for me! I’m not sure if they make commission (I sure hope so) but I made sure to tell the cash wrap that he helped me out. Give Robbie a raise!

Came into this store today to pick up an Uber order and was not treated nicely whatsoever lady at the front was super rude and snappy at me if I weren’t picking up an order for someone I would have walked out I would not ever come and shop here ! learn to treat everyone who walks into your establishment with respect

Bianca has a horrendous attitude. I don’t expect people to be nice to me but I come to Sephora to spend my hard earned money and for such a nice area, I’m shocked at how I was treated. Will not be returning to this location.

This Sephora is 20 minutes from my house, it’s the first time I come here because there is one 10 minutes from my house and I’m glad to say I will start driving the 20 minutes to come to this one. The staff is very friendly and it’s the first time I’ve felt welcomed in a Sephora. Maggie did an absolutely amazing job shade matching me, can’t wait for my next Sephora run.

I been to this store multiple times. And all the personal in here is incredible nice and helpful.But Domingo goes above and beyond, his knowledge, patience and sense of humor makes for a great shopping experience.Thank you for everything.

If you love being ignored by every store associate, except for one aesthetician while they all talk to each other and keke, then you would love this store. But if you need any assistance, or if you would like to be greeted at a door when there’s literally three greeters at the front and they all see you and decide to not say anything or if you need help getting the perfect concealer shade, or bronzer shade. I would not recommend going here. At first I thought it was because I wasn’t dressed as nicely as you would expect from the area because I was in blue jeans, tennis shoes and a sweatshirt, but rest assured, they ignored everybody equally not one person was being helped in that store, except for the people buying things at the counter. That was the first time I had talked to someone was while I was giving them my money for the things I found myself. Go to Northpark instead.
