my favorite sephora in dallas. the staff doesnt follow you around like the ones in the galleria and actually tried to help me instead of staring at me because im a teenager! love the employees so sweet and very helpful such an amazing location.

Great workers and great selection at this location. I was able to get it in and out in a timely manner with help from the moment I walked in the door. The worker was patient with helping me find a new foundation and took everything that I said into consideration and even helped me save a bit.Parking is harder to come and really tight in this location (especially around 6pm when I arrived) but definitely will be back to this location if I am in the area.

I came here right after I went to the west village Sephora. They were so much more helpful. Holly helped me out with my foundation shade, but went above and beyond with teaching me how to apply product. I know beauty advisors have to be quick about their attention. I really appreciated the undivided attention I received and left the store, feeling happier as a result.

I love this particular location, because it's not overly crowded and crazy like the other Sephora's I've been to. Its also larger than the one at North Park and the Galleria, so I will definitely be going. To me it has a calmer vibe than the other Sephora locations I've been too.

I had made an online order for curbside pickup, I had got the email saying my order was ready so I drive to the store which was pretty far for me then they made me wait around 40 minutes in that spot. I had already checked in on the app from the moment I had gotten there. I couldn't get down right away bc I had my daughter sleeping, so that's why I did curbside! I had to wake her up and see what was going on. The cashier never addressed me or apologized or anything. I asked her if they didn't see me waiting, and she didn't respond, which I thought was pretty rude. Honestly, I have never had an experience at a sephora as bad as this one. Horrible store!!!

Horrid customer service. Stood there for 15 minutes confused, and no one offered any help. I noticed they had plenty of time to stand there and stare at their phones. Used to be great, but the new staff do not know what they are doing. Will be going to a different store from now on

This is by far the worst Sephora I have ever shopped at. I had an online order to pick up in store. They are the ONLY store that has my product. It’s not even available online. Due to the winter storm, they have been closed this whole week. Which is understandable because the road conditions were bad. What’s not understandable is that they canceled my online order knowing they were closed so orders could not be picked up. On top of that, I called before driving to the store. I was told they would be open at 11 and that as long as I don’t receive the cancel email I can still have my order. I did not receive the cancel email so I drove 30 minutes to be there by 11. I get there and the store was not open. I patiently waited in my car for 2 hours and they never opened. At that point I was livid because now my item was showing out of stock. I called customer service and they agreed to upgrade it to the larger size free of charge. Unfortunately, this Sephora is the only one who has that as well. I just called to see if they were open because I didn’t feel like wasting my time or gas to go there. The rep then told me that they aren’t filling any online orders. I still don’t have my product which was supposed to be a gift for someone. Please save your time and find a Sephora that cares about customers.Prior to this, I loved Sephora. This experience left a horrible taste in my mouth. After I get my product & use my points, they won’t be getting another dime out of me. I use caudalie and unfortunately they are the only one who sells that brand. I will be switching back to Clinique skincare and will buy it directly for Clinique. They have ruined my relationship with them and I will no longer be loyal to their brand.

Least to say I went to this location because they had the one product I was looking for. But if I would’ve known coming to this location will be so mood downing centered ambiance I would’ve just ordered it to be delivered. One of the worst Sephora locations I’ve been to in my opinion. Not even the high end location employees will treat you the way this one did. Not one single employee came up to me to try and help, mostly I feel because of my background. All around me there were multiple people being helped and cared for with extreme respect. All I have to say if you’re a person in the minority group go to a better location, this one lacks helping all customers no matter of background. Sad thing most employees were probably with different backgrounds.

After spending thousands of dollars at this store on a regular basis under both my daughter and my account, they wouldn’t give me a refund or a store credit for a small item (less than $30) that I purchased for my niece for Christmas that I bought a couple of months ago. Horrible customer service. No one ever helps you when you walk in there anyway. I will be buying my air wrap at another retail store and won’t be back to this Sephora.

I had the pleasure of speaking and being helped by I believe it was two ladies named Alexis. I don’t know who I first made the interaction with but she was the most perfect customer service representative ever. No quiet moments and just talked about life. Best experience ever! She helped me find a Dyson Hair Dryer for my girlfriend despite them being sold out. 100/10 would recommend!

This is my favorite location. The staff is brilliant, the in stock product is high, and the parking is in abundance. What more can you ask for? The uptown location did not have most of what I buy most of the time so finding this location was HEAVEN. Why buy online when you can visit this location and try it before you buy it!
