Would give 0 stars. Lost my license plate and put a different one on the back. Car was returned to me with the blind spot, reverse camera, and lane assist not working, as well as paint issues. Have thrown away my license plate and no real reason why. Other items missing from my vehicle. They asked me not to fill out the survey until their GM spoke with me, which is very unprofessional.

My experience at the Service King on Lemmon Ave. in Dallas, Texas could not have been better. I was received with enthusiasm and professionalism. Two of the folks at this location were especially good, Sam who was at the front desk , thus was my first encounter with the business. She was friendly and smiling as she made the inspection appointment for me. When I brought the car in for this appointment every step went very well. Mr Jackie even kindly took me home , a step way beyond . The shop was clean and busy. Along the steps to the completed repair , Sam advised me about the progress of the parts and time of expected completion of my car’s repair. Over all , just the best experience. I will certainly recommend this good business to my friends. I hope the management of the company strives to keep and appreciates these good representatives of their company. M.H. PS. The car looked great and was repaired in a very timely manner. The longest part of everything was waiting for the initial appointment, as they are so very busy.Service: Body & Trim

I went in for an estimate for a total bumper replacement. Keep in mind: I have been to about 4 different body shops and I am trying to get the best quote.The man comes outside and takes one look and starts going "that's more than a bumper replacement" and proceeds to tell me my radiator and other mechanical parts need replacement as well.Again, this man has done nothing more than crouch down to look at one thing near the tire. He looked at NOTHING else.He said the LOWER end would be 5k. This is more than double the price of any other shop quote.When I said I could handle the mechanics, I just don't do body work, he said they don't do partial repairs.I have been checking my radiator and all fluids since the accident. The impact bar is destroyed but it did exactly what it needed to do and my radiator is fine. no fluid loss, no damage. Other pieces had fallen off and he just needed to actually look at the radiator to know this.But he insists that he's been doing this for 30 years which I guess means he can accurately assess damage without even removing his hands from his pockets. I do not recommend going here.

I have always had good experiences with Service King, but this is my first time in Texas and the staff at this location were exceptional! I got updates every week (even over the holidays) on the status of the repair & it was completed before expected which is a huge plus. It’s definitely not everyday you run into a group of genuinely kind people when it comes to car maintenance. While I hope I don’t need to return anytime soon, I will absolutely be using them again for any future needs!Services: Painting

I had went to service king because my insurance had told me they were gonna fix it . Mind you I have a 2016 Dodge Charger witch is an expensive car and hard to work with and I thought they were gonna have no problems fixing it . I had gotten hit on the driver back door . Which after looked good but when I asked for my alignment sheet they said okay will be there when you pick up when I got there . The lady said they didn't have that !!! Which was sketchy I asked why she proceeded to say we got conformation everything was good okay fine but when I drove it off nothing was good and also when they hit me the driver door panel actually popped off and they didn't even fix that so the button to my gas tank could'nt even open . At the end I thought okay my insurance is gonna pay you guys a big amount of money which is totally a rip off . WHY NOT JUST FIX EVERYTHING THAT HAPPPEN IN THE WRECK MY INSURANCE WILL PAY YOU FIX EVERYTHING.

Worst place to do business. They really don’t care about their customers. It’s a disconnected assembly line. The different departments from Manager to Service Desk in this company don’t communicate and point fingers at each other for blame.Their response is always the same they want to help however their results are always they don’t help or truly don’t care.Don’t walk, Run away from this Auto Body Repair shop and save yourself a lot of aggravation, disappointment, wasted time and money.Service: Body & Trim

I was very impressed with the service I received at Service King On lemon Avenue. Joey and Norman were the two technicians that assisted me throughout the entire process. They kept me notified of any changes that were happening regarding parts or time frames to which I never experienced before with an auto shop. All other auto shops that I have worked with in the past have never superseded my expectations like service King has and especially Joey and Norman. They are the perfect example and reflection of customer service and I couldn’t be happier. I have already been speaking to my friends about the service I received and how I was wowed by the entire process. Should I ever need bodywork again on my car, I will not hesitate to go to service King as they blew me away!Service: Body & Trim

Zero stars wasn't an option. I was turned away, twice, because Service King's customer service scheduling team said "you're all set!" but the local shops play differently, and the LACK of leadership and protocols have created a system where they pick & choose who, they will in fact, serve.The team was cocky and snarky, unwillingly to call the insurance company and make amends. They told me the car rental company would be "handled", which meant; it wasn't. I was left without a rental when I switched locations and had to wait an additional hour for a new rental car reservation. As the man at the front snarkily stroked his mustache and refused to help solve the problem, for the second time, I asked for a manager to contact me. He said "he could ask him to call me..." which translates to Mike, in fact, NOT calling me, as it's now been 4 days and the insurance company has been working to drop THIS location specifically from their DPG program because they choose to selectively turn away estimates. Which is NOT Service King protocol.It's incredible to me that such a large company doesn't have location wide protocols in place to efficiently communicate details and serve their customer best. If you don't want to take my car, or won't, or cant, can you NOT inform me prior? They would prefer to let those individuals come in, take time off work, so they can turn them away.Don't waste your time at a shop that doesn't care about you. Apparently they're making enough money without your business.
