So far so good. The customer service and the follow up on my vehicle, keeping me abreast has been phenomenal. Once the car is complete I'll be back with part 2.I had to come back and update the repairs of my car. This has been an amazing experience. I've not received such A1 service like this in a long time. EVERYONE was super nice, especially VINCENT ESTRADA! He kept me posted every step of the way. Either by text or a phone. Explained a few delays due to the incorrect size of a part, he wanted perfection and he achieved it! He was courteous, professional, handsome, articulate, trustworthy, did I mention handsome? Yes, ladies you'll feel safe with this gentleman! I never worried not one minute because I knew he'd call and update me. I was going to bring him flowers, but I didn't want to embarrass him. He is a valuable asset, don't ever lose this guy.Tbh, the entire staff was on the ball. When I picked up my car, (my apologies for not getting her name)But, she wore a cap, petite, inquired about the injury to my leg, and was genuinely concerned! I felt comfortable speaking with her, she has a dynamic personality! She went on to Explain my warranty, being careful upon washing the car, even handled the rental I was in. I pray no one, including myself get into any accidents but if you do, go to this location and ask for Vincent. Well done young man! Fyi, I don't know why they have a 3.9 rating, but this place gets 5 ✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️

Horrible experience! this place was recommended by State Farm Insurance and I will say they have the worst customer service. Since I took in my vehicle for pictures and an estimate I have yet to hear back from anyone regarding my repairs. I called my insurance and they too have been unable to reach anyone at this facility. I had to take off from work to go in and all everyone did was apologize. Still dealing with this now and it's been over a month... Never again!

This place is the worst for collision repairs . They don't have their ducks in line. They've been having my car for a month after they told me it would take 2 weeks to fix. Supposedly my parts were on back order I had to go out of my way and call around and get the parts for myself and get them shipped to service king . Just all around trash customer service . Ended up losing my job cause I didn't have a way to work after my rental time was up. Wouldn't recommend this place at all.

The system was down, and I did not get what I needed done.Update: I came back later as a walk-in. The front desk guy understood why I came back without an appointment and immediately helped me. He addressed my issues and helped me. Thank you for noticing my frustrations.

Vince who was asign to handle my case on my 2017 infiniti qx70 that was badly damage from the rear. He was very helpful explaining the detail when ask about it and a great customer service even in timing to me meet to discuss. Also the front clerk guy was helpful. I would of gave the place 5 stars but my insurances told me it was total loss so not knowing how thier job would be.

I used them in November as instructed by my insurance. While the body work seems well done, the car continues to have electrical glitches. I have called them at least 4 times and left messages asking to please call me back. The only line they answer is the one to schedule new service. A person there said she was escalating to management so someone would call me back, that was over 2 weeks ago and no call back. The "lifetime warranty" seems to be a nice paper to have on file, but in reality, it does not seem to have any meaning.I understand the glitches may be hard to deal with. I had the car inspected by a mechanic before attempting to connect with them, who's opinion was that it could have been related to the accident. The manager Val was attentive when we complained about the complete lack of communication during the repair, but now there is no interest in looking into what a customer has to say. They will likely have excuses that their system is changing etc, but it is no excuse to not follow up with a customer.Update :2 weeks later I still don’t have any communication from this business.

Service king fixed my car after a collision. I have been hit 3 times since I been in Texas. This was hands down the best collision shop I have been to. Hopefully I'm not in this situation again but if I am no doubt about where I'm going!Services: Body & Trim

Their voice mail system was down, but they failed to tell me that. For 2 weeks, I left messages, and nobody called me back. Also, they frequently don't answer their phone, especially in the afternoon. Finally, I just went there to get stuff out of the car, and they gave me a business card with an email address. I even had their scheduling people call them 2 different times, and no one answered. They really need to improve that aspect of their communication. Even their scheduling people didn't know their voice mail system was down. Plus 2wks to get a messaging system back online? Come on people get it together.They do good work in general, but they dropped the ball on the customer communication this time.
