Sewell is amazing. I feel like you pay a little more on the service side but it may just be that car service prices have increased, but their loan car program, their nice facility and their waiting area are leaps and bounds nicer than the traditional car service world experience.

Walked around the entire Infinity dealership inside and out and not one of the chatting service reps came to assist me. The so called Sewell service that treats you like family was off today for a motivated shopper.

We recently (within the past couple of weeks) visited this location to test drive and possibly purchase a 2019 Infiniti Sport that we saw online... Upon arrival we were greeted immediately by the receptionist (thanks for your professionalism and prompt introduction)... We were then greeted and escorted by salesman Stanley Bullock to Stanley's office... We explained the car we were interested in, and upon checking Stanley stated he knew the vehicle we were referring to very well cause he's been driving it for 2 weeks (uh ooook)... He then gave us the Carfax report and we noticed the vehicle had been involved in an accident; however, online it stated no accidents reported... We brought this to Stanley's attention and he stated he wasn't aware, so he looked at the Carfax report himself... He then stated, "Oh yeah I guess it has been, well"... We went ahead and test drove the vehicle, and upon further conversation with Stanley he stated he's been driving the vehicle for 3 weeks (woah!)... We began to talk numbers, and Stanley stated the price we saw online was the best he could do... Thing was, there was an additional 1,000 miles than what was stated online, and let's not forget the vehicle had been involved in an accident (unlike it stated online), if we're going with what's online... Guess we should have waited and talked to the other salesman we had been dealing with via phone/email for the past few days, but we wouldn't have found out Stanley had been driving the car for weeks....

ANY thing related to purchasing a new vehicle or servicing a vehicle Sewell figured it OUT! What they say on the commercial is 100% true. As a Sewell customer they REALLY do make you feel like you are a part of the family. Purchased my 5th Sewell vehicle last weekend and Tanner at Sewell went WAY out of his way to make sure he let me know how appreciative he and the Dallas Infiniti Dealership appreciated my repeat purchase. Should you be reading Yelp reviews to make your next car purchase or choosing a repair facility, read no further and just call Sewell. There's is no high pressure sales game and the truly respect your time and make purchasing a vehicle seamless. Thank you for your recent AWESOME customer service as you went WAY above my expectations. IF Infiniti is your brand, for Sewell of Dallas and FTW are the only places you should shop. If you drive an Infiniti and are thinking about an upgrade, go get an oil change and try out one of the loan vehicles they offer you as a part of their first class customer experience. You deserve to be treated as a respected customer!!

In my 30 years of purchasing cars, this was my most pleasant experience. No haggle price, so know what you are getting before you buy. Ask for Alex, or Kelsey and they will handle everything for you. I hope my service experience will be just as great. I don't expect them to disappoint, that's why I bought a Qx60 from Sewell Infiniti of Dallas.

My car wouldn't start and I needed to have my car towed to Sewell infiniti to get fixed but I didn't have time at that moment to have the car towed to infinity and set up the service call. So I went to Sewell and spoke directly to a service rep and explained to him that I was going to have my car towed in after hours that night and I needed to have car looked at to change battery next day. He took down my information and explained to me that was not a problem and that I just needed to drop car off and they would take care of the rest. I wake up the next morning to call on the status of my car. I speak to the hostess on the phone sand she says that the person I initially talked to was off that day and that someone else was going to handle it and they would call me back after they finish with another customer. Three hours later I call again and the hostess says that she sent message to associate about my call and he was extremely busy. She says that she will send another message another three hours goes by and no call. I drive up to the dealership to talk to the associate that was allegedly fixing my car. I go to him and ask him what's going on and he has no idea what I am talking about. I explain to him that I came in day before to set everything up to make my repair seamless. I also explain that I talked to a hostess twice about my car repair and that she said that she sent two messages to him which he got or didn't get. Then the associate doesn't know anything about where my car is and continues To search the lot to find it. He finds it and we start the repair process and says the car will be ready for me to pick up in the morning. I go to pick up my car at 9 in the morning and go about my businesses when I get a text from the associate around 2 it says "Good afternoon. Just checking in with you because I know you had planned on picking up this morning. Are you still thinking you will pick up today?" This is three hours after I picked up my car. They really need to get there act together with all the miscommunication that they had with my repair. You figure almost $800 for a battery and oil change they would offer better customer service. No apologies for all the hassle and waisting of time not even any acknowledgment from anyone. I know I didn't buy my car from this Infiniti dealer but I did buy it from another Infiniti dealer and I would expect same exceptional treatment.

I absolutely ADORE Haley at Sewell!!! She is so professional to work with, knowledgable, and someone you can trust -- emphasis on the last part. You are is such good hands when you work with her and I am so blessed that I had her around when needing to take my car in for one thing or another.

WOW! If I could give 1000 stars I would! If you need a car, GO SEE BLAKE!!! He went above and beyond throughout my entire car buying process. He was extremely patient and thorough. I went to Infiniti on a Tuesday and did not purchase that day. I went to a few other car lots in between but my ultimate decision was based on the bells and whistles of the Q50 and the treatment I receive from Blake! Great Job Sewell Infiniti!

I didn't purchase my vehicle here, but I took my Infiniti in for an oil change on a busy Saturday without an appointment. They were so nice and personable. Even though they didn't have loaner vehicles available, I asked a technician if someone could take me home, and they did. My SUV was ready in less than 3hrs and they called an hour in advance. They did a great job washing and vacuuming my vehicle out. I would recommend their service department.

Service always great, only issue today decided to wait at dealership and been here since 730 am now 930 for oil and filter change and still waiting, next time will get loaner car

Let me start by saying (and I'm sure I'm not alone) that I hate buying cars! The haggling, the back and forth, the high pressure sales environment, the financing, warranties they try to push, etc. Not a fan! I will say, my experience with Sewell was the exact opposite of what I just mentioned. Baile took care of us from start to finish. She was incredibly responsive with any questions that I had before, during, and after the purchase of the vehicle. In past experiences, the moment you sign the paperwork and drive off the lot, don't expect any help from the dealership/sales-person from that point forward. Not the case with Baile. I can text her any time and get a prompt response. Not only is she a professional and good at her job, but she is very personable and all-around just a good person. They sell very expensive, luxury vehicles at the dealership and I just bought a used Dodge Durango, but you wouldn't know it from the level of service I was provided. You would have thought that I bought a new QX80 the way I was treated. Anyhow, I could go on and on about my experience. Bottom line, if you need a new or used car, go to Sewell and if you are looking for an Infinity, ask for Baile at Infinity of Dallas.

This was yet ANOTHER wonderful experience!!! This was the 2nd time we have worked with Sewell Infiniti. I have always loved Infiniti cars and it is always a pleasure walking in and BAM! the car that is meant to be ours is there! Literally "The Razorback" had 2 miles on her and they pulled her off the trailer for us to look at!Our sales representative was Sarah Everett, THAT is who you need to make an appointment with, ask for and but work with the BEST!My husband and Sarah went back and forth with her making the numbers work and on the 3rd pass she asked "what can I do to earn your business today?" He gave her the pay out amount, car payment each month and IT WAS DONE. Easiest car transaction in the world! My husband said, "She did everything I asked for, so you like the car, then let's do it."This is a plus too! They will even come pick my car up for oil changes, routine maintenance to keep her running smoothly, can't ask for anything more OH and they bring me a loaner!DON'T WAIT! Go See Sarah Everett!! Sewell Infiniti dealership is by far levels above all the others.
