Sewell INFINITI and the whole Sewell team have been a true pleasure to deal with !!We had an unfortunate mechanical issue with our 2013 INFINITI G37 which my wife loved.Travis, Joey, and the master techs in the awesome service department were able to assist us during a chaotic and difficult time, diagnose the issue, and were extremely professional in communicating the situation.We decided a new to us vehicle was "in the cards" and before we could even think about what our next steps were; we heard from Doug Haskins offering his time and expertise to help us determine next steps.Also, our extended family was going through some very difficult times which necessitated a longer than normal time to make a replacement decision. Doug and Sewell were not only extremely professional about providing options that met our needs but treated us with compassion and reached out to console us while we spent time with our family in their time of need.So, I would HIGHLY encourage you consider the Sewell family of dealerships whenever you are looking to purchase, sell, or service a vehicle. Hands down.... this Dealership is the best ever. The Service department, Mr.Joey Patterson, is definitely really into making sure that his clients are taken care of. I am truly grateful to the whole experience of Sewell Infiniti of Dallas... all around, a good experience. ??

My latest survey after an oil changeMy feedback in no way reflects my service representative, Alex.Every time I come to have my car serviced here it is followed by a negative experience. I had part of my transmission replaced....an expensive repair and now my car makes a sound it was not making and the technician lost my parking pass for my apartments ($50 replacement.)My driver side door handle broke. I had an outside technician look at it and he almost broke my entire door.I brought my car into the shop in shambles. After they repaired my door they left oil streaked all on the bottom of the passenger side door. Which is still there. Smeared all in my car.This past and most recent visit I had my oil changed. Went out of town and came back for my battery to start dying. A multi point inspection is a lie. How would my battery stop performing not even a week after my visit?What is TRUE is I will not be purchasing a vehicle from this dealership when it becomes a buyer's market later in 2024. What is becoming even more apparent and urgent is for me to find another dealership to have my car serviced because of the repeated negative and untrustworthy experiences. Furthermore, there is a direct correlation in my experience and the lack of representation of mechanics at this dealership. There are few maybe two black mechanics, only one woman. The majority of the mechanics do not look like me and I attribute this to the poor level of service being offered.

If 0 stars were allowed I would give it. I've serviced my car with Infiniti Lubbock for the last 4 years and have never had any problems. I used this dealership on Saturday. It cost me $800 for a front brake change and 60K service. The following Wednesday my car would not start. My battery was corroded and infiniti never mentioned anything. On top of that my windshield washer fluid was low. No mention of it and Lubbock always refilled for me. What exactly did I pay for?!!! I dropped my vehicle off so they weren't in a rush. Contacted Sewell infiniti and I'm still waiting for a manager to return the call 3 days later!

I purchased my car from Sewell Inifinti and have only let them perform service work on it. I’ve always had a great, professional experience with them. If there were ever an issues, they would easily be most accommodating.

World class service since 2009. They have always been the same when I pulled up to get my car service. That's why I drive a Infiniti now. I used to drive Mercedes but I did not like the customer service when I pulled up. Everyone is customer service friendly Jacob Rodriguez the best.

Doug Haskins is the best car salesman I've worked with. My experience buying car here has been nothing but excellent. Very attentive and got me what I needed and he even let me drive his car for a week while my car was being prep!

Check engine light came on so i took my car to get checked out. I ended not doing any repairs due to cost. Too much $$$ for a used car. But i will say this, these guys do a great job, they work fast and in unison. Great facilities and friendly employees. I definitely recommend this place

My wife and I purchased the QX80 from Sewell. This is our first time buying from here. The salesman Nick was very patient working with us. Satisfied customers and we will purchase again from there. Hopefully Nick is still working there.

So I purchased a 2020 Q50 still under warranty with less than 10,000 miles, I also purchased the mechanic auto package that comes standard for an extra 3 grand. Wastold I could go to any Infiniti for maintenance which is perfect and ideal. Especially since I’m still under warranty so I go to Infiniti for maintenance and was told I needed a loaner vehicle because the maintenance would be longer than one day. Perfect all I needed was my insurance and drivers license. I give them all the documents and they denied the loaner vehicle due to my full coverage insurance. I understand bad business between companies but when that spills over to the customer.. which I have purchased 3 Infiniti vehicles it’s bad business.. my next vehicle will not be an Infiniti let’s just say that. Shame on Sewell for that fact that I’m the customer not the insurance company I have not done anything to be barred from a loaner vehicle. That should fall on the client and should not be put on the next customer.

Drove up and Jessiel came right out and already had my online info from me setting appointment. Got me situated in the waiting area where I could work while they worked on my car. Car was ready real quick. Can’t say enough good things so far about the way they have taken care of me from sale to service!

Well, the cold drinks, warm cookie, and chocolates are as good as their commercial ads... BUT the services have been terrible experiences my last 2 visits. I brought my 2019 Q70 in for tire service. They sold me some defectEd tires for $1,000 plus and 8 months later, all but 1 was still in decent shape. When I asked about the extended warranty I'd purchased, the service guy looked it up in the system and stated that the warranty didn't apply on such worn tires. "Ahhhhh, that's my point for being here!" I explained. Still, they were not replacing anything and never intended on doing so in the beginning. The serviceman was easy to convince that I was taking it all in good stride because he unleashed the secret. He made me aware that I'd paid double the price for the tires and I would have been better off buying them from Discount Tires myself Instead of allowing this company make a fool of me by overcharging. Needless to say, I will not be purchasing a 3rd Infiniti, especially not from this company. This is unacceptable and I will be filing a lawsuit, considering the manufacture's date on the tires is over 6 years old. They sold me expired, overpriced tires, and refused to take care of me as a repeat customer!

First off, I am a complicated buyer. I was relocating from overseas and retiring stateside from the military. I found a vehicle I was interested on Autotrader and I contacted Sewell Infiniti of Dallas. I was promptly contacted regarding my inquiry, explained my long distance purchase, and worked with Jackie Stacy and David Bearden along with the rest of the team to buy the van. Sewell was able to verify my identity, receive electronic payment, work with my Special Power of Attorney assigned to family stateside, and even recommended a vehicle shipper which was top notch. The 2013 Nissan Quest arrived in tip top shape, all advertised features worked as promised, and I could not be happier with my experience. I feel obligated to leave this 5-star review due to the hard work of the team at Sewell. My car was literally sitting at my house, registered, and ready to drive as soon as I arrived in Arizona. Thanks!
