I took my Subaru crosstrek in to diagnose a clicking sound in my front left wheel well. They immediately told me that my car needed 1400 dollars worth of other maintenance on my suspension that were “safety issues”. They told me the noise was just a noise coming from my axle and was not a safety issue and could be put off for a few months, so I opted to fix the suspension that apparently was a safety issue. A week and a half later I take my car in to have the axle looked at again by a private mechanic, who proves to me that my axle is on the verge of breaking and is a serious safety issue. DO NOT COME TO THIS DEALERSHIP. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND NOT TELL YOU ABOUR SERIOUS SAFETY ISSUES WITH YOUR CAR AND SEND YOU OFF WITHOUT A SECOND THOUGHT. My car could have careened off the road at any second and they do not care as long as they charge you for the most expensive fix. Absolutely ridiculous, will never come here again and if you value your safety you won’t either.

After 6 years of driving a handed down Toyota Tundra, the old girl was finally starting to show her age and I needed a new vehicle. I had a lot of anxiety about the car buying process as a first-time buyer, but Travis Newell really went above and beyond to make the whole process smooth, simple, and satisfactory. His professionalism, patience, and knowledge made it a lovely experience for both me and my mom. Recently purchased a Subaru at Sewell Subaru for my son heading off to college this fall. The service and support could not have been better. My sales associate, Kay Juperatum, made the entire process enjoyable and efficient. Kay made sure to engage both my son and I with good information, helpful insights and a pleasant demeanor. We will be visiting a Sewell dealership for our next car, they are best across the board.

Our experience at Sewell Subaru was amazing! This dealership is hands down the best! Very impressed on their transparency, no pressure approach, and commitment to customer service! It is truly unrivaled. And we know their commitment to excellence continues after the sale because my friend, who recommended us to try Sewell, has bought four cars and speaks so highly of the quality care a buyer receives after the sale. No wonder they win so many awards. Their customer service is beyond compare! Speaking of going above and beyond, we can’t say enough good things about Luis Melendez, our salesman! He was not only professional, knowledgeable, and thorough, but also patient, attentive, kind, and helpful. He took his time explaining everything to us and just was very warm-hearted. We had mentioned to him that we were going to eat at a Mexican restaurant down the street because we hadn’t eaten anything all day, and he knew that it was our 20th wedding anniversary this month, so when we went to pay the bill, they told us that Luis from Sewell had called in and paid for our meal! We were so surprised and shocked, because he had already sold us the car earlier and then he did something so downright thoughtful and so unexpected! Best experience ever! We are telling everyone we know about Sewell. The big bow that they put on your car when they give it to you (like in the commercials) was the icing on the cake. It brought tears to our eyes.

We love Sewell Subaru of Dallas. We have bought from them two Subaru Outbacks and used their maintenance service for over 20 years. We are very satisfied customers.Last week we were deciding whether to purchase or lease a new car. We decided to lease a new Subaru Forester. We worked with your Sales Associate Summer Lopez and we very much appreciate her knowledge of the Forester. She gave very detailed and clear instructions during the leasing process. She explained precisely each step and made sure we understood our choices and what they entailed. Summer was also very patient with us. And she even went to our old 2013 Subaru Outback to check that we had gotten all our things out of the car. She found two things there that were very important to us.She was incredible! Travis at Sewell Subaru is amazing!! I came in with my parents and Travis went with us to test drive the crosstrek and outback limited and he is very knowledgeable and personable. He even gave us a tour and got us water and sodas. This was my first “big girl purchase”, and he walked me through every step with such ease. He did a great job explaining everything and helped me get set up and oriented with my outback limited. Great experience and I love my new car!! Thank you!
