No acknowledgment and online ordering pickup is ignored even when there is an employee member standing right in front of you. They do not provide a good service.

We normally eat here bu today we experienced the worst food ever, french fries ? was cooked with old cooking oil and toasted bitter , shakburger ? tasted greasy, I believe this is our last time eating here.

The french fries is bitter, the cooking oil was too old, and the Shakburger had worst quality and not eatable.
