The Mexican girl was having an entire conversation with someone behind me while I waited at the counter standing in front of her- which is not only rude in general but terrible customer service. Not only did she ignore my presence, she had the nerve to call me a liar when I mentioned that the debit card minimum had never been enforced the many times I've attended this store. I have the transaction statements to prove it and the store manager, who was present, has been there every time I've made a purchase. Luckily, I don't react like many who live in this area would have. I can assure you that the type of grace she received today was a blessing because this behavior would not be received well from the average Dallas native.
If this is the best that Shell has to offer, then this is pitiful. As someone who has ran multiple stores in busier areas, I can confidently assert that this is unacceptable. I will be escalating this issue.

I was on my way to work and I visited this place today as I often do it once a week to put gas and in the place where I parked that was the pump 2 it was not working and apart there was a lot of gas thrown on the floor then when I returned to the store to warn the cashier I slipped with the gas, and I fell to the floor hitting my arm in the same way I did not give it so much importance I did not plan to say or do anything, I just warned the cashier and changed the pump, outside there was a lady I understand that she is the manager of the store I warned her about the pump and about the gas and the only thing the woman did was get defensive very rude to me apart from wasting my time and having to return home to change my pants this woman only made me angry, I am in high-risk pregnancy and I do not know if the blow I had affected me in any way, I will undoubtedly talk to a lawyer

The pumps were modern and easy to use, with clear instructions and multiple fueling options. The surrounding area was neatly landscaped, with colorful flowers and well-kept grass adding to the overall aesthetic. Inside the convenience store, there was a wide selection of snacks, beverages, and travel essentials, all arranged neatly on the shelves. The friendly staff greeted customers with warm smiles, making it a pleasant stop for both fuel and refreshments.

They are most definitely not open 24 hours I just came up here to grab a drink and the security guy made the throat cutting motion that they were not open. Well why are you there and why is a cashier behind the cash register oh and why do your hours say 24 on it? That's so odd.

Went in for some oj went through 10 bottles each one expired nov 4th 2024 today is dec 1st i told the guy at the counter and completely acted like he didn't care at all nor did he do anything about it.

First off it is State Law you cannot charge a minimum purchase for using a debit card you can for credit card transactions. Second of all the woman who is the manager in the store is so nasty and disrespectful. How do you have that attitude working in customer service? She is a bad look for this business they should promote one of the men that is already working there. Sunny (The Owner) your so called corporate number is not professional cost $10/month to get you a 1-800 number. The number you have is on a regular phone that you don’t even keep and does not have a voicemail you charge tax for medication like Tylenol that is not a taxable item. The manager the girl she yells back tell people she don’t care what they say. She said she knows it says that about the debit cards but she is just doing what she is told to do. So if Sunny says jump off the building you gone jump? I am so disgusted.

I didn't have any problems with the service here. I didn't go in to pay for the gas. I thought it was cool that there was a McDonald's, which was pretty convenient. I went to the drive through, and they did a good job with my order.

Pumps here are designed to auto lock open so if you want to stop them before you are full you have to insert your finger behind the latch and get horribly pinched to stop the pump going ?
