Allows random vehicles to just park at pumps and block them. This car is blocking one of their two diesel pumps just to prevent people from buying diesel.

The foreigner behind the register tried to charge us 5.79 for a small bag of chips and a 1.00 cookie. If you are not paying attention they will overcharge you. Clearly the price was 3.58 for both. I left both items behind. What a terrible person, I will follow up
