Shell is a leading fuel retailer with many locations, including in Dallas. While not open 24 hours, it is a convenient stop close to home for many. The store is nice to shop at, and the staff are generally described as fantastic, well-mannered, and respectful. Employees are also helpful, as shown when they secured a lost phone for a customer to retrieve. Customers can use the Shell App for Fuel Rewards® to save on fuel and in-store purchases. Some locations also offer electric vehicle charging stations.
Poor customer service! The Cashier lost $40.00 worth of gas sale telling me that she got no change for $100.00 at 7:00 pm. She said just because the person ahead of me got her change. Cashier on midday 02/24/2026 is extremely rude. I had no problems with this gas station until that visit. I would not have someone like that representing my business.

The location is convenient, but the store didn’t seem very well maintained during my visit. Also, the phone number listed online doesn’t appear to be working. It would be helpful if the contact information could be updated. Thank you.
