Shell is a leading fuel retailer with many locations, including in Dallas. While not open 24 hours, it is a convenient stop close to home for many. The store is nice to shop at, and the staff are generally described as fantastic, well-mannered, and respectful. Employees are also helpful, as shown when they secured a lost phone for a customer to retrieve. Customers can use the Shell App for Fuel Rewards® to save on fuel and in-store purchases. Some locations also offer electric vehicle charging stations.
Half the automated machines don’t work, and no signs on the broken machines, so you don’t know until you park. Gas pumps slower than molasses. General uncleanliness. If it wasn’t for the location and there being not much closer, I would never visit.

The benefits are not as great as kroger, but it has enough gas stations that I can conveniently fill the gas

The location is convenient, but the store didn’t seem very well maintained during my visit. Also, the phone number listed online doesn’t appear to be working. It would be helpful if the contact information could be updated. Thank you.
