The white lady at this location is very rude. My daughter was in the store earlier today and had a run in with the lady. She then asked me if I would go get her some cigars from thus same store becauseshe was kicked out. Over a hour later I walked into the establishment I didn't saying but can I have 2 packages of swisher to the man at the registration. The white lady came from the back and said are buying these for someone I said yes my daughter she then says oh I called the police on her. She starts to confronted and o was not going to say anything about the incident but she pulled me into it so o went off because she had no business saying anything to me. Then the cashier was saying leave it alone she kept messing with me. I was not foingnto sat anything then she processed to ask the cashier why did he sell this cigars to me.

Good gas. They need to do something to control the bees maybe clean the cans by the pump more often.

Teaching moment!If you don't have lids for hot items such as coffee due to lack of inventory or whatever human error there may be, please don't sell coffee for the day or attempt to charge for a cup. A simple note: "We apologize we are out of lids. Take at your own risk." Will be more that sufficient.Remember that your main objective is customer service, not "let me be rude with a smile" behind the counter. Be smart accommodate! You make your money on the products sold inside , not on gasoline sold.If someone asks what would happen if I burn myself, first don't interrupt and do NOT answer: " I have you on audio or you are just being you or you would burn yourself on purpose." ( Not looking for a quick buck "hun.")Yes! The proper and first answer should be and it was: "I can refund you the money and throw away the product if you'd like" and not leave it as a last resource because you got angry and wanted to be right.Humans who drink coffee have days like this:Bad morning + coffee = Great dayBad day + your attitude= this review.Cleaness: 5 starsProperly working gas stations: 5 starsNote stating there are no lids: none existent. 0 starsProper way to handle customer service -1Average= 2.25

I stop at this Shell's gas station ever once and a while when I'm in the Denton, TX. area. This particular day my visit was kinda alarming. I walked inside standing in the 1-2 minute line approximately just to FREEZE in my tracks. I heard someone coughing loudly and when I turned my head to the left of me I happened to see a woman without her mask covering her mouth and nose. She was walking from the back of the aisle but coughing with her mouth uncovered and widely open. Now I'm seriously not a fan for folk that just wanna cough, sneeze, and blow, their noses in front of other's without protecting themselves with covering their mouth's and faces. I asked, Hey Why aren't you using your face mask? Her reply was, I have Asthma and I don't have to cover my mouth if I choose not to. Everyone else was just looking I guess they were more afraid or Flabbergasted than anything. The gas prices at this location are unbeatable but I'll NEVER go inside to pay without my MASK ON!

5 stars only for Ponga! I hope the owners sees this, this is a guy you want to stay as long as possible, give this guy a raise! The pump said I had a discount of 3 cents a gallon and it didn't go through and I'm upset because I would've loved it to go towards my beverage I bought.

The only things I do not like about this place, if you get there around the time for the high school kids to get out, there will be a lot of cars and it's not for gas. People are waiting to pick up their kids. And they never keep fresh window cleaner fluids in containers. So after filling up don't expect to wash your car windows. Very nice customer service.
