The truth is that one person talks to them about bad service and they pretend that they don't listen, but when I tell them that I'm in a hurry, the manager comes up and yells at me, I felt like he wanted to hit me, the truth is that everyone talks in the back and they don't attend to you.

I miss Stacy but he left behind some good strong working men. I miss Alex but he's leveling up in position. This Downtown Sherwin Williams is very helpful and best in the district. Geramy and Zach are really good with customer service and great at that forklift driving.

Would’ve picked a no star option if it was available. Today (Saturday) we visited this store and 2 staff members were there. Did not even acknowledge us or ask if we need any help or information. We were there for at least 20 mins and no other customers in store. They sat down and kept browsing through their phones the whole time. We took some sample colors and brochures and left. We understand that this is a time of social distancing. But we had masks on and if a store is kept open, some help or a courtesy to at least ask to be helped is basic. I’m glad that there are other options near by and this is not the ONLY store in the area!!

These guys are great!! Very nice and very friendly!! There delivery drivers are the best in the city!! They quick and the best when ever they get to the job sites ????????
