I recently visited the store and received excellent customer service. As soon as I walked in, the associate behind the counter greeted me and then came over to check to see if I need any help. He made some suggestions and he was super helpful. Austin Explained all the different types offered and price points. After I took some Ceja home, I came back him with the color of my choice and he was super helpful and mixing the paint and offered excellent service to the entire transaction. Excellent service from him and his closing associate. Will definitely return to this location. Top Tier Experience.

Store seemed clean. Customer service was nice. Parking is a breeze. Bathrooms on the other hand were hammer. Very dirty. No soap to was hands. And needed some serious airfreshner. But it's a paint store.

I've recently started Venture Painting here in Dallas and was looking for a local store that I could call my home. I went to 2 others and didn't feel cared for but this store gave me a great experience! I just went in today and Tyler helped me with everything I needed and he did it with great energy and some pep in his step. Nice clean store as well, I was very impressed! This is definitely my home base now!

The employees are always super nice & the man who checked me out also took my bags to the car for me. That's exceptional customer service. Sherwin Williams goes beyond 5 stars in my opinion.
