Very slow service, the store is full and only one employee, apart from being very slow, it took me 1 hour and 17 minutes in line

I want to give a shout out to Desean Brumfield at the Sherwin-Williams located at 10909 Webb Chapel in Dallas, TX. He provided some of the best customer service I have experienced in recent years when I brought my aging mother in to get paint for her kitchen. Desean gave her undivided attention with patience and smiles the entire time. He went above and beyond by helping her get access to online discounts she was not aware of. He showed her how the paint she selected would look on her cabinets by testing a small area. What a guy. Sherwin-Williams will want to be sure to keep this man. In fact, Mr. Brumfield should manage an entire store of his own, or maybe even have a larger role where he can cascade his customer service approach to entire teams. I am so glad Desean is taking care of my mother. Ask for him, and you will see what I mean.Good job, Mr. Desean Brumfield!Clay Broussard

My local store in Greenville is a five-minute drive from my house but I prefer to drive an hour and a half to patron this particular Sherwin-Williams. Floyd and Daniel were outstanding in helping me to resolve a painting catastrophe. Everyone in the store was kind, personable, and knowledgeable. The level of customer service delivered at this store was exceptional, far beyond my local store and I will continue to make the hour and a half drive for my paint needs. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

Very bad service, 4 guys in the back only one working at front desk, it seems they don’t care about contractors having their crews at job site waiting for their materials, they are just so slow and store is a mess and duty.

Slowest service out of any other Sherwin Williams store in the Dallas area. Took over 30 minutes to help 4 customers in front of me.

These guys are kind, will educate you (bc there are a lot of paint choices), and explain about the color process. I know nothing about any of it, so I very much appreciate the help. Floyd in particular has been very helpful to me specifically and quietly in the background subtly guiding a coworker. If you need guidance, you will find it here. The paint quality is also very good.

Ridiculous expensive. Paid $31 for a quart of semi-gloss oil based when I can get a whole gallon for much less than that somewhere else. Never coming back

I have done a lot of home improvement projects over the years and this has been my go-to store for paint. The employees are always so knowledgeable and helpful. Today Daniel gave some great advice on products and processes that will definitely be more cost effective than what I would have done and likely will yield a better result.
