Probably the best place you are going to find quality shoes at a reasonable price these days, however don't expect any type of customer service there, you're on your own until you get ready to pay.

This store has every shoe I could possibly want... I could have stayed in this store and spent a pretty penny lol. The prices are affordable and there are plenty of options.

I went to this location around 11am on Sep 18 and my experience was pretty bad. I tried finding some simple shoes but all the shoes were out of place and mixed up. Then I looked around the store to see if they had the other shoes I wanted but nope there wasn’t (as far as I could tell). What was upsetting about this visit was that from me entering to me exciting, the only workers I saw there were talking the entire time. They didn’t welcome me, offer to help me, or even stop whatever convo they were having. I decided to just leave and not interrupt their seemingly entertaining gossip and go to another shoe store. My experience there was instantly so much better. Someone welcomed me at the door, everything was tidy and in place and most importantly a worker came up to me and helped.

I bought some shoes online and had them delivered here. I came in to pickup the shoes and they didn't fit. So they guy here helped me exchange my shoes. I got an email saying that my shoes were picked up while I was there. I said hey, I didn't pick them up. He said no worries, you'll see in your shoe carnival online account the replacement. I said ok cool. He said my shoes would be there in 2 to 5 business days. The days pass and nothing in my email. So I'm like maybe they're on back order. At any rate I went on vacation and still no email. I call the store and the guy that helped me answers the phone. I said hey whats going on with my shoes? It's been 2 weeks. He said uh you'll have to call back later. I said really okay. Another week passed. Nothing in my email. I said I'll just stop by when in the neighborhood. I did 2 days ago. I went in explaining the whole situation and they were confused saying that they didn't see anything in their system. And then they said oh your shoes were picked up. I said no they weren't. They basically told me to call customer service and so I did and had to explain everything again. The woman on the phone was saying there was nothing she could do and would have to go back to the store. I'm glad that I hadn't left because they were sending me in circles. Anyways I put her on speaker and she was confused at what had happened. Anyways long story short, the boy who had processed my exchange input my email incorrectly. Even though we both said it out loud to each other. I got a call from shoe carnival saying that they shipped my shoes to the store and they returned them and sent me a gift card because I never picked them up. I told her I haven't received a gift card and she said she'd send me another one. I told her at this point I don't want a gift card and wanted my money back. She said I can take it to the store and do that. The incompetence is real. It's not that hard to double check someone's email and address. But evidently it is even when they repeat it back out loud and still get it wrong.

Always a great place to find shoes. Great selection and prices are good. Staff is helpful. Went on tax free weekend. No other good deals that weekend which was sad. Even when using the app. Just spun the wheel for 2 dollars off. Big wow on that but still good prices since I bought 5 pairs of shoes.

We saved a bunch of money on a couple of pair of crocs that were 50% off. We just purchased the same crocs for 25% off at a competitor. I will definitely take them back and get a refund. Shoe Carvinal didn't have the sizes we needed but they were able to ship them to us. Plus we got another set of store discounts on top off the 50%. Both pair almost were as cheap as getting one pair from their competitor. We should have come here first!
