DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!Miguel the silver car rep cancelled my reservation while I was on a 14 hour flight because I couldn’t answer a phone call. He was not helpful at all and left us stranded at the airport. Terrible service!

Rented car recently in October and unfortunately it was hit in a parking lot with minor damage. Informed this location I would use my credit card as primary insurance. They filed claim with personal insurance instead and now my personal rate has increased by almost 40%. Have had much difficulty getting documents I need to process through credit card. My personal insurance won’t drop the claim until Silvercar provides them additional documents that they have been requesting for several weeks now. The claim is part of my permanent claim record and cannot be removed even if they submit documents needed to cancel claim. I absolutely do not recommend this location - stay away. Just going to finish with my personal insurance to clear issue and switch insurance companies. Thx Silvercar Dallas…

We have used Silvercar in Dallas many times over the years. We always have had a good experience. It is a quick Lyft ride from Love Field to the Audi dealership with Silvercar. Manny runs the operation and does a wonderful job. He makes sure your car is clean and ready to go and provides any help you may need with the car.

Afraid Audi has killed Silvercar. Website non-functional. Help chat says no ETA for repairs / update. Can't log in, can't make reservation. Sorry to see previously great rental business and service be mismanaged this way. Long time before I try to rent with them again. Cue the sad trombones.

SilverCar has now become my Go To rental car company when I'm in Dallas. I've probably rented from them 6 or 7 times over the past several years. They moved from a rental only location to the current dealership location which seems to be the direction they are heading in nationwide. There are a few relatively minor negatives but overall, it's a good operation. If you are flying into Dallas Love Field, they send a Lyft to pick you up at the airport and bring you directly to the dealership location. Also, they have a Lyft take you back to the airport when you are leaving. I am not aware of what the routine is if you are flying into DFW. Since it's located in a large dealership, you can find yourself a little lost among the throng of people having their cars repaired, looking at new cars, used cars, etc. There isn't currently a clearly marked area for SilverCar renters. The rental section is in the repair area. Once you get the hang of it, you can easily pick up or drop off your rental car without too much delay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Each of the people I have dealt with have been great. The cars usually have fairly low mileage and are in very nice condition. Obviously, driving around town in an Audi is a lot more fun for me than the generic options you will have at most rental companies. While SilverCar prices tend to be a bit higher than generic car rental companies, in this time of limited car rental options and extremely high prices, SiverCar has actually been a bit cheaper on many occasions than the general market. There are also premium models available for higher prices, including the A5 convertible. Their base model is an Audi S4. Of course all the vehicles are SILVER. I will continue to be a fairly regular customer.

Terrible service! Nobody gave me a call to tell me that I was out of range to get it delivered, and when I got there my car wasn’t even ready!Silvercar needs to invest in new staff or elevate their customer service, because this does not look good on them.Never booking here again!

This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had renting a car! I flew into Dallas for my nephew's funeral, and rented a silvercar. I drove to the funeral home without incident. After the service, I was supposed to be second in the procession to the rented hall. However, when I started the car, it would not go into drive or reverse. I could only shift it into neutral and park! Immediately I called customer service, who wanted me to "troubleshoot" what went wrong. I informed them I was at a funeral, and I was missing the only reason I had flown into Dallas. I insisted they bring me another vehicle while they continued to troubleshoot the immobile vehicle.

Excellent overall experience. Pick up quick and efficient and I was in my Audi within five minutes. Tianna was exceptionally helpful.

Awesome experience only downfall is they do not pickup/dropoff from DFW, only DAL. So, if you are flying from DFW you have to take an Uber or other means of transportation to/from the airport.
