An absolutely wonderful experience. I am from Canada and was traveling to Dallas for a few days. The car rental was well priced, the location is central and the staff treated me above and beyond with service and kindness. There were no issues at all. Jennifer is an all-star and I would definitely recommend this location to friends and family. Thanks again for everything! Mario

This is the worst car rental company I've ever used. They are predators who often will bill customers for questionable "damage" found on the car, weeks after the car is turned in. I wish I had read all the negative reviews before doing business with these guys. Very shady practices here. Avoid at all cost, or end up getting billed for exorbitant and fraudulent charges after the fact. If given the choice of renting from Sixt again or walking, I'd rather walk. How this company stays in business is a wonder.

We were chargef over $500 for "damages" that were already on the car. We provided photo and video evidence. Countless calls to get through to a REAL human. No calls backs, no emails back. Nobody answers. They stole money from us! Fraudulent!! Never EVER rent from this shit hole.

SIXT Rent A Car Marriot Quorum Hotel Dallas.My mom malinna Duckworth rented a car for a week turned it in on September 11 at 12:59 pm today is Thursday September 14 and they have yet to close out the rental and still have her $200 deposit. Customer service sucks and they are no help!!! You can not talk to anyone that works at the actual store. I will not ever rent from them again!!! I will be driving up there to take care of this. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARTS I WOULD

They will illegally charge you an extra day if they’re closed, which they are most of the weekend. The rental agreement was for one 24 hour day, they charged for two days even though I brought the vehicle back on time and deposited the key in their drop box.I had to have a charge back issued through my credit card.DO NOT USE SIXT. Blatantly dishonest company.

Couldn’t be happier with our experience at Sixt!! Reserved a BMW 5 and since it was Memorial Day weekend they didn’t have a sedan. So Charlemagne ( maybe misspelled ) and Rebecca at the front desk upgraded us, to a drumroll please, a 2024 BMW 7 series SUV!!! It is a freaking spaceship!! My husband wants to get one of our own now! The whole rental process was smooth and with Sixt you get THE Car for the same price as A Car, Sixt will be our rental company from now on!!

Mistakingly book a reservation with this company, cancelled it 45 minutes later and they charged me $100 for this cancellation. They refused to refund me the $100. This company has the worst reviews of any car rental company in the world even though the keep cranking out their own 5 star reviews.Paul Alexander

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FEES!!!!!I reserved a car with Sixt through Expedia and pre-paid for the reservation with my credit card. Plans changed and I needed to cancel. Went to "mange my reservation" tab to cancel (3 weeks in advance!!!!) and it states that for a pre- paid reservation there is a $100 cancellation fee. Nothing about this mentioned when making the reservation. If I had not pre-paid, there would be no fee. How does that make any sense??? Tried calling...you'll never get a live person to answer. I reached out to Expedia...they tried on my behalf to get the $100 fee waived but never even got an email response from Sixt after several days. So, here I am being charged $100 for a reservation that is 3 weeks away and not needed. Stay with Dollar or hertz or enterprise. They have a no fee cancellation up to the DAY OF the rental!!!!! SIXT is AWFUL!!!!

We rented a car from Sixt for the 1st time on 03/21/23. We were excited to try Sixt for the first time but quickly became disillusioned upon learning how customer service treats their customers. Shortly after renting the BMW X3, we noticed a strong vibration in the vehicle while driving over 30 mi/hr. We soon discovered the vibration was caused by a large bubble on the sidewall of the tire. We contacted customer service immediately, prior to taking any action and were advised that Sixt had no business relationships with any service company in the state of Missouri. We were then advised to take the vehicle to the nearest tire shop, have the tire repaired or replaced and they would later reimburse us for the repair upon receiving the invoice.The Firestone tires manager in Joplin Missouri determined that the tire was defective and needed replacement. We acted in good faith and had the tire replaced at a cost of $347.36, then sent the invoice to Sixt customer service as directed. Since then, we've been asked to supply the repair invoice, copy of credit card statement, and to provide a letter from the manager of Firestone stating the tire was defective. We've provided all the information requested multiple times.Sixt is now refusing to reimburse us for the repair. They were totally dishonest and deceitful with their original claim that if we replaced the tire, we'd be promptly reimbursed. We've replaced a defective tire at a cost of $347.36 and somehow Sixt customer service feels they're justified in making their customers replace and pay for their defective tires.We rent vehicles a couple times each year and have never experienced such horrific treatment from a rental company customer service department. If you're considering renting from Sixt, you should seriously consider "Rent the Car" from any company other than Sixt.

Loved renting THE Car!! Reserved a BMW sedan 5 series for Memorial Day Weekend. They didn't have the sedan so the lovely ladies at the front desk gave us an upgrade!! We got a 2024 BMW 7 series SUV!! It is a freaking spaceship!! The only problem is now my husband wants to buy one for himself. The whole rental process was smooth and fast, we will be renting from Sixt from now on!!

I was unable to pick up my rental car at Sixt due to a delayed flight into Dallas. I landed at 10:30pm and went to the rental site to try and get my car immediately after my flight. At 11pm several other rental car agencies were open but not Sixt. As a result, I could not pick up my car and was unable to pick-up the following day due to work requirements. They refused to refund my costs, failed to answer any email outreach and essentially charged me full price for a car I did not use. Sincerely frustrating and I will not rent with them again.

Worst service. Just picked up my car and saw that they've added Supplemental Liability to the invoice despite me repetatively telling the dront desk lady not to. I didn't wanted to use this location looking at the google reviews but had to since it was close to me. I called the customer service and they are telling me to go back to the location and talk to the supervisor.I'd suggest everyone to use Turo to rent the cars instead of these car rental company. They are just ripping people off.
