I had my first visit today and was so impressed! The staff was warm, welcoming, and really took the time to listen to my concerns. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing — I already feel hopeful about improving my sleep!

The man who helped us, if I recall his name was JT, we came into the store like 5 minutes before he closed for the night, and he was already cleaning up and shutting down. He was so professional we were shocked by it, he didn't care at all that we stopped him from leaving to go home, he helped us the same way like we came in early in the morning. Not only that but he put zero pressure on us to buy, and we litteraly looked at,and tried every bed in the store almost until we finally decided on buying the Comfort cool with adjustable frame! And sheets and mattress covers and pillows .. ettc... He stayed open 2.5 hours later than they were open just to help us! He was very professional and knowledgeable on the product. And we had a 5 year old running around the store also and he wasn't upset at all. Overall it was a great experience. It was a costly experience tho.....lol,we could have purchased a car for the same price.....So I hope the bed is as good as the customer service was. Highly recommend this location.

Joe is the best salesman I have ever dealt with in my life… And I have dealt with lots of salesman! He went beyond the call of duty to help me with an installation. He followed up and called me back to make sure that I was the happiest customer! Anybody looking for a sleep number bed go into the Preston Road store and ask for Joe!

Overall great store and kind people. We did work with someone who had just gotten out of training and he was super kind and overall helpful but our purchase did get botched so now we have a sleep number bed but no access to control it. Waiting on sleep number to fix it which will apparently take 3-5 business days. Is what it is, not the end of the world.

This is our second time purchasing a Sleep Number bed. The customer service was seamless and precise, getting straight to the point. I highly recommend Sleep Number if you decide to improve your sleep at night.
