I ordered a smoothie bowl and you should see what I got. First of all the bowl was already made in the freezer which I don't like that and then it's only halfway full I bet I can count 10 blue berries and 10 strawberry it's horrible!When I brought it up to the staff that it just didn't look like it should she just turned her back to me and walked away so I walked out of the store

I didn't really like what I order I got the pb delight substitute for strawberries and mangoes the pitaya based was watery threw it away. Just ate the fruit should've just gotten a smoothie.

I used o truly LOVE THIS LOCATION I would drive 20 to 30 mins, passing up the town east location due to customer services. but now! I will NEVER SUPPORT SMOOTHIE KING AS A COMPANY OR FRANCHISE EVER. It can’t be rocket science to make a thick smoothie I have ordered the same smothie for years and have never been able to Achieve the same level of taste thickness or experience customer service that felt genuine in wanting to assist with satisfying a customer! I’m heartbroken

I ordered the pineapple, mango and yogurt 40oz smoothie and I have to say I was surprised on how delicious it was. The customer service was awesome and it's always reassuring when you see the staff cleaning before taking your order. I wouldn't go off the bad reviews I'll definitely be back.

Recently ordered a acai Choco haze bowl and i was not happy at all! For a bowl that costs $11.22 with tax there were more toppings than the açaí its self. I usually go to the one close to my house and they make sure it my moneys worth.

I felt rushed because I was looking at the menu just for a bit and they kept asking me what I wanted. I would have liked to customize my smoothie but the girl wasn’t very friendly and seemed like she didn’t want to be there.

Second time at this location, and they have both been good experiences. My order is placed and fulfilled quickly. The girls behind the counter are very nice.

I have bought from them about 6 times already, which the first time I spent more than half my lunch break waiting for my açaí bowl whist everyone got their stuff. The few other times it’s been barely okay. Today, my smoothie melted within 4 minutes and tasted like the açaí or in general all the food is was not fresh. That was literally my lunch today and now I’m left without lunch til I get off from work. Never going back to this smoothie king. I don’t think I’ve ever really had a time where I enjoyed how they made the açaí bowl.

the smoothies are great! the young lady Perla helped me to choose out my drink and she was very sweet and treated me with the sweetest smile and was very welcoming !!

Did a OLO and they didn't have my drinks ready... didn't even tell me, "sorry they aren't ready but we will get started on them" just had me wait while they started a drive thru order. Finally got my drinks and one of them was wrong, they gave me angel food instead of strawberry hulk - total waste of $9 plus the long drive to this location...

This is the best location in Dallas. I get a smoothie here several days of the week and they're always delicious. The staff is super friendly as well. If I ever have a problem with my smoothie, they quickly make amends with it. It's a clean location and well stocked. I'll continue going here for my smoothies.

I came in Sunday May 21 2023 around 12PM. I am a walk in norm every other week so I go to this smoothie king quiet often and usually when I come around 12PM it’s never busy but this Sunday was quite busy, there was only 2 Employees working and props to them for keeping up with the people inside and drive thru. One of them had glasses and the other was a tall male, Both greeted me as I walked in and as expected there was a couple of people in line before me but the employees were quick and got to me faster than I expected. Phenomenal service! My MangoFest smoothie came out good as well as it seemed they were working fast I had a doubt they’d mess up my smoothie but nope! This Smoothie King never disappoints.
