Out of the 3 donation organizations I contacted, Souls Harbor was the only one that returned my call, the next morning. Excellent people to work with, good communication, driver contact was as they said it would be. Very fast & polite...easy to work with. Thanks Souls Harbor. Wonderful experience.

Soul's Harbor is a great group of people. We had a mix up with a driver but they got it smoothed out and we were able to make a furniture donation. I hope others will support them, they do great things to help people!

Hi, My name is Freddy B and I am an addict in recovery, 4 years clean and sober. The best decision I ever made was to walk into Souls Harbor and ask for help, and that was 4 years ago. Just picked up my 4 year chip 1-26-23 from Souls Harbor. God bless you guys and keep up the great work.

I was assaulted by two of the staff members there. If you go there for rehab, be aware of Darek and Shaun. They should be fired, and honestly arrested in a perfectly fair world for what they did. They have very fragile egos, and they will assault you if they feel disrespected. Literally, the two ganged up on me simply for mouthing off. Not only utterly unprofessional, but illegal. Do not go here for rehab services. They do not know what they're doing. They are not trained in dealing with someone who's having a crisis, and they cannot put their egos aside for the greater good of helping people. Instead, they will assault you and cover it up. Even kicking you out and telling Householder later that you left voluntarily so we couldn't get out money back, which I didn't know only Householder could kick us out. Which makes me think there is a broader scam going on. Not a good place. They look good on the outside, but evil tends to veil itself in a cloak of moral upstand. Plus, you will be sick all the time. I had a cough for the entire two months I was there. Literally called "Soul's Harbor Cough", by someone there. There are better budget rehabs you can go to that aren't likely scams and won't get you in a perpetual state of sickness.

By far the best people to donate to if we are talking convenience. They contact you very soon after you complete the donation form to confirm and the day they come is MUCH sooner than most donation places. Many times I’ve tried to donate to other services and they left me hanging. Also the guys who pick up your donations are so quick and so kind. Recommend for anyone looking to donate items.

I had an apparent scheduling problem with Soul Harbor not once but twice! The first time they came on the wrong day and we were not at home. The second time they showed up 4 hours early (I work nights). I love the cause behind this place but they obviously have a communication problem with the schedulers and the drivers for pick up. Its a shame as I'm in the process of clearing out a storage unit and had so many boxes and bags of clothes, shoes and household things.

(Written by Jeanne, not Ron) Two pleasant, efficient gentlemen emptied a Richardson storage unit for us today in icy 27-degree weather. I had communicated with the organization beforehand, so knew they already had a roomful of couches and couldn't take mine. Nor could they take an old style TV stand. Fair enough. They took everything else. I'm so glad I found this organization. It appears to do wonderful work.

Reckless and dangerous driving by this company's truck driver, who illegally and dangerously crossed the HOV barrier from a fully stopped position. I had to slam my brakes hard to avoid an accident. This reckless driver almost hit another barrier and me, again, while deciding to get out of the highway ramp last second. Dashcam still shots with time stamp included with this review.

Incredibly polite and conscious of not dinging the walls when carrying out bulk items. Highly recommend using them.

wanted to donate a dining table and chairs. the table had a few scratches and the chair cushions were a bit worn, but in good condition. When they came to the house, they actually refused, saying they weren't in good condition. wow, ridiculous, as they were in good condition. I ended up selling them, so it was my gain, but can't believe a thrift store would be so picky, passing up decent furniture that somebody could have really used. would recommend places other than this from now on

Donated some bedding and furniture to Soul's Harbor recently. The guys worked so hard to pick everything up and moved to the truck. They were very pleasant and easy to work with. Will call them again when I have donations.

Soul's Harbor returns lives that have been taken by addiction, incarceration and homelessness. Given time, the miracle WILL happen. I've seen it, and I've lived it...
