About TOPS
The Southwest Airlines Training Center (TOPS) is one of the best training facilities with great history. The staff is incredibly nice, helpful, friendly, and responsive. The place is impeccably clean with big open spaces, a relaxed and playful vibe. The dining hall is amazing, offering water, snacks, and tasty food. It is a very positive environment that invites creativity and allows plenty of time for questions.

One of the best training facilities I have ever been to, so far. Great history, great dining hall and amazing instructor.

Everyone here was so incredibly nice and helpful. They also offered water and snacks. It wasn't just a "churn and burn" session. They offered plenty of time for questions and answers. It was all very positive.
