Horrible experience with rude and unprofessional staff.
Took advantage of low prices on uber (6x12 oz beer for cheap), and they refused to fulfill the order. Raising their voices and refusing to listen to reason. Stating 6 x 12 oz means one single beer. I mean, come on. The girl refused to look at my order or the uber listing.
I spoke with the regional manager who was a huge help. Only reason this isn't 1 star.
Unfortunately, staff and management were extremely rude. The manager Christina even tried to snatch my receipt out of my hand after talking to her boss.

Great selection of my personal preference, dry red wines!! My one disappointed is that they were sold out of almost all of their special featured sales wines.

I Would Like To Give Them One star because how rude they treated my like criminal like i was trying to perform some type of fraud i spent over 2500$ with specs in the last two days tonight i spent 756$ they denied my exchange to a in-store item i didn’t have the receipt for the bottles of tequila i was trying to exchange company policy If you do not have your receipt, we can exchange your return for another item in the store. If you would prefer, we can give you a Spec’s Gift Card with Manager approval. long story short i replied i’m calling corporate and they told me that what i was trying to accomplish was not a problem all and was 1000% in compliance with there policy for exchanges they lady from corporate even stated sometimes the employees power trip like this long story short i end getting the bottles returned from a different specs after 30 minutes after calling corporate service was trash the only bright part of this visit was meeting a very friendly security christian

I work with Specs regularly as a vendor at my job, and felt like I had a good idea of their communication and operation, but I was blown away by how amazing our event rep was. My coordination team helped me get into contact with Darion and he handled everything from there. D’ Wu was hands down our easiest vendor to communicate with and work alongside. I was so impressed by his consistent quick response times and the ease with which he helped us navigate our order and delivery. Thank you so, so much for all your hard work!

This location, specifically, has some of the greatest and widest selection of beer, liquor, and wine in the downtown Dallas area. The only downside to this location is the that the parking lot entryway is hard for some people to navigate and every visit it feels like somewhere is about to get in a fender bender.
