This T-Mobile is the Mecca of customer service. I sat down with Vianna today and took nearly an hour of her time, she listened to me vent, investigated my issue while discussing it with me- which shows me that she was thinking through the options, considering my situation, and actually taking time to consider how to help me best. She explained all of the options patiently despite my initial frustrations with my phone. We worked diligently together, investigating all options, and eventually uncovered a solution for me that not a single other person thought of in the multitude of other places I've been (Apple Store, Best Buy, multiple other TMobile stores). I will come back here specifically to ask for Vianna, even if it's just for advice. I would suggest to T-Mobile management to take what Vianna is doing and teach it out to your other stores. She's an asset and you should do what you can to keep her!

Last 2 experiences have been great other than the constant BLARING of the hip hop in the background that for some reason they think everyone needs to be exposed to or have drowning out their conversations as they explain their needs. Most of the visits have been unhelpful and the people there rude, but I guess my call to customer service to complain about this location got someone's attention. Keep up with good work and keep down the annoying, unnecessary music

I am extremely disappointed in customer service. I have the screen protector replacement program. So, at any time, if the protector was coming off, they would replace it for free. Well, i guess not! They told me they were out of them for my particular phone bc it was an old model and to try other stores. It is only 1 year old! After trying 3 other stores, i had no luck. Then they said i had to order one and began that process. Except it wasn't available for my phone, so we couldn't order one. So then, they told me to call t mobile customer service and have them order it for me. This wasted hours of my time and was not resolved. I am extremely disappointed in t-mobile's customer service.

The salesman Anthony was very amazing and patient he helped me set up my phone i had a horrible day and my nerves were on edge but he was just perfect im doing business with y’all for now on because of him

I tried switching from Verizon to T-Mobile went to store stayed about 2 hours and then finally $2300 to switch my family from Verizon to T-Mobile. I left the store now two months later I'm receiving bills from T-Mobile and now they have reported to my credit. I would recommend not going to this store be careful.

I don't normally write reviews, but this location is exceptional. Michael was able to help me with a logistical issue with such a high level of expertise and "out of the box" thinking that it truly reminded me of why I left At&t and will never go back. Keep it up!!

Joselinne was so nice and helpful. She was able to fix our problems with two phone in under 10 minutes. Plus the store has just been renovated and has a nice new look.
