Terrible customer service, who ever the manager is, does not care about his Job. I’ve been with sprint for years... this place was the most un friendly service. They don’t care about their customers. I had to call sprint customer service were they kindly did help me. Terrible experience at this store.

Poor customer service. The rep Atruro aurgued with me over returning my phone, and I eventually had to request a manager who was lesd than empathic after 8 years of loyalty with Sprint.

Walked in the door about 5 minutes ago, no hi or any acknowledgement when we walked in the door. Just came to pick up a phone that's already paid for..... & So, No, be right with you, or, give us a minute. I work in customer, & I understand that you can get busy, but that is no excuse for poor customer service. They finally talked to us, so I asked for a screen saver for my Galaxy 9+ $40.00! No thank you. $15.00 right up the street.

I signed up online to switch to Sprint using their bring your own phone program for which I was charged $15 for "overnight" (but not really) delivery of a SIM card. As part of Sprint's big push to increase their subscriber base I was to receive one year of their unlimted text/calls/data program for free. Yes, it's a great deal...if you can actually get it. According to reports Sprint has gone on the record as saying this promotion--which as of summer 2018 had been running for a whole year--has been Sprint's most successful ever. It's clearly why they kept extending the end date. So, my SIM card finally arrives and I pop it in my phone (totally compatible, in fact Sprint is the only "official" carrier). But there's a problem...I can't seem to finish the registration process and get my number ported over to Sprint. The number isn't restricted or anything like that. I call Sprint customer service. After wasting a huge amount of my time the rep finally says I need to go into a store to complete the process. Fine. I hang up, get online, and schedule an appointment with the Sprint Store at 655 W. Illinois Ave. in Dallas, TX. I arrive on time for my appointment...I'm the only customer. There are maybe three employees. I explain the problem and say the rep on the phone sent me to them to complete the process. The Sprint employee takes my phone with the Sprint SIM installed in it and sets to work. And he works for a long, long time. Finally he says I'm all ready. Great I think. OK, he tells me, your monthly charge is going to be $70 per month. WHAT!?!?!?! I explain that I am signed up for the new customer promotion of one year free "unlimited". To this he flat-out lies and says he's never heard about anything like that and that Sprint doesn't give away free service. He then doubles down on this lie and asks one of the other employees if they've ever heard of such a thing and she's not sure. The most successful promotion in the history of your company that has led to more new subscribers than ever before, that has been running for just over a year, and you as an employee have never heard of this? Liar. Period. That is completely unacceptable. This was a greedy employee who was put out by the prospect of doing any amount of work to help a customer that wouldn't result in a sales commission for them. So, they just flat-out lied about it. Needless to say I did not sign the revised contract that would've cost me over $840 more than the one I should've received. In fact, I never was able to get my service with Sprint activated so I lost $15 plus the cost of every month since then. It sucks, but that's Sprint for ya.

I went in to upgrade my wife's cell Apple to a Samsung. The store looked like it was seconding as a daycare center. I explained to the baby-sitter/kid behind the counter that we bought the new phone on Amazon and just needed to trade out SIM cards. She replied that my wife needed to be present. When I returned 20 minutes later with my wife the same worker told us that she was out of SIM cards but if we could buy a phone from her...

Phenomenal customer service. Fast and convenient when you're in a hurry. Had the Icon Gear X wireless earpieces that I've been looking for.
