Great customer service and friendly staff. When I came in,the store started to get a bit busy but all the staff assures you that they’ll be with you shortly super kind and they handle the rush very well! The store manager Jesse was amazing, he explained to be the pro and cons on plans and helped me program my home internet. Been with T-Mobile for years and this by far has been the best store!

Disappointing customer service, was made to wait 30 minutes and people who came 20 minutes after me were being helped while I was just sitting there only to find out they couldn't even help me. Hard not to blame the racist behavior of the representatives that were there.

No one would believe me or help me until I provided evidence up front. It took me hours and I never got the new number I waned.Yikes, #MegKnath, Where is the Beef!!@

I went in to t mobile the other day to transfer all the informations from my old cellphone to the new cellphone. Jesse was the one doing it for me. I like it because it was transferred faster due to only 2 customers were there.

I'm not sure what kind of training new hires have to go through, but you need to do better. Came in and asked for helping making changes to the name on my account, after 20 minutes of the employee "Asking his manager in the back" he came back and said "Ok you're good, thanks" and walked away. It's been at least 4 months since and no changes were ever made. I had to call customer support to get them to change it and that's when they said in store employees cannot change account names, so your original employee lied to me. This is how you treat your customers that have been with you for YEARS?! Do better, T Mobile.

best t-mobile experience. thanks to alix. highly recommend alix with an i. he even helped walk me through over the phone after i left an an issue arise after leaving with my iphone 14 plus!

Walking into this store. After being with Sprint for over 18 years. Now having to become a T-Mobile customer. Never having a reason to go into a store. This time I upgraded my IPhone and thought instead of giving Amazon my business for accessories. Let me go there. Being in there for over 7 minutes. Not even being acknowledged while walking in. They both look directly at me and still not even a Hi. I soon just walked out and gave Amazon and will continue to give them my business. 18 years of loyalty to be treated like that. Shame on you T-Mobile. I am rethinking of continuing my business with you. Time to give some other cell phone carrier my loyalty. Doesn’t take but a second to acknowledge and appreciate your customers. Store reps!!

Me and my husband cameInto this location we came in really late but Roy was so helpful and he still helped us! We were then directed to another girl about 5’6 brown curly hair with glasses, she was horrible, she was in such a rush to get us out of there (mind you we were in the process of buying the new iPhone 14) we had to redo the transaction and she said “ I just wanna go home” making smart remarks to my husband because he didn’t want to buy a screen protector from her. She was absolutely horrible. ROY on the other hand was amazing super helpful and accommodating

Alix was the best worker I have experienced! Was so patient, helpful, and is the absolute best. Both Alix and the manager Kyle made sure everything was solved for me and they both work from their heart. Best store I’ve been to!

This store gives horrible service. they ordered a phone with a wrong promotional offer and I have ended up paying 400$ extra on my phone due to their negligence . Never open an account with this store because they never let you know the conditions to get a phone. You will end up paying a lot of money. They never do it as promised. I had to go to the store 10 times .This is the worst store I have ever seen
