Lovely time with my daughter and granddaughters. I love this area because I can shop in 4 or more places. On a Saturday!

went to buy a few items. ready to check out and when i approach the register to be checked out the guy had an closed sign on the belt. so i proceeded to self check out. then he came all the way from his register. to ask if i had my own card or a business card. i told him i have my personal card. he walked off. then came back to stand to watch me check out. then i was like i’m going to pay for everything but i asked for someone to check me out. i never had a problem going into one of these establishment. but please don’t judge me by the color of my skin and think i’m not worthy of not shopping in the establishment. i asked for an manager and his name and he told me he doesn’t care about me filing a complaint. i took a picture of him and will be calling corporate. be careful who you guys hire.

This is our favorite local grocery store! Even though it's a chain you really get a local feeling when you walk in the door. They know my daughter and give her stickers, she's two and calls them her friends. Amanda, Susie, Marion, and Jorge are kind, helpful are some of our favorites! The store is clean, organized, and the parking is always easy. Keep it up yall, going to the grocery store is one of our favorite parts of our day!

My husband and I went in for a deli sandwich for lunch. Not only did it take 15 minutes to make 2 sandwiches, but the bread was so dry & hard AND there was a bug in one. So disgusting. Thoroughly disappointed.

I’ve given this store several tries as it’s a convenient location for me. I’m almost always disappointed. From there being no cashiers, and the self checkout glitching on me two different times (once it charged me twice and I had to go back to the store to get reimbursed), to the guy behind the meat counter rolling his eyes when I needed help. But the last straw was that I bought wild caught shrimp to cook for dinner, and when I got home and unpacked them they were bad. They smelled terrible and were soft and slimy. Supposed to be good for 5 more days, ridiculous. I will never go here again.

This store has fewer offerings in the meat department so the few times I've visited I left without what I went for. This time they were out of their chicken sweet Italian sausage links - one of the main items they're known for. Then I go to check out and there are no cashiers, NOT ONE!!! I really don't do self checkout, especially in grocery stores where I almost always have fresh produce, therefore I left several items behind on this trip. I also don't like to say "never" but I truly have no intent to ever visit this location again.

This was my first experience at this location, and I so badly WANT to give it a higher rating. It was clean, and everyone was very nice and helpful…everyone except Mitzy in vitamins. When I needed assistance finding an item that showed available for purchase on the website, she told me they “probably” no longer carried it — all because I showed her a damaged/opened version of the same product that I found on Clearance (I was searching for a different size than the clearances one).I told her that sometimes specific units are put on clearance for various reasons, and it doesn’t always mean the entire stock has been discontinued, but she refused to consider this. Her attitude was haughty and argumentative, and her affect was snide. My issue is not with the lack of the item itself; even if it had been discontinued, that’s obviously not an employee’s fault, so I wouldn’t be upset at all — it’s that she refused to even verify her conclusion in the system. It’s ok if an employee hasn’t memorized every item in their section, but if they haven’t, they should at least be willing to get all the details and at least double check!I told her thank you but don’t bother “helping” anymore, and that I would continue looking on my own. So, I went on with my shopping.Note that this item is occasionally grouped with teas, not vitamins, as it’s more of a drink/shot. So when I ended up at the tea aisle, I looked, but no luck — however, there was another employee stocking that aisle, so I asked him if he recognized the item.Mitzy was unfortunately nearby, and had the gall to interrupt my question to a completely different person to snidely say “this is grocery. That item isn’t grocery.” I said “well, Mitzy, in some stores it IS in the grocery section” and left with what groceries I had. I just needed to get out of that store, before I ran into her again.I’m not trying to see anyone fired, and I’m NOT normally one to complain about an employee, but are basic people-skills — like listening, acknowledging, collaborating, and NOT belittling or arguing — too much to ask for a customer-facing position?? Please: either get Mitzy some coaching, or put her in the back!Sadly, I’m not sure I’ll be back to this location because of tonight’s experience. Everyone else there gets a 5/5, but my overall score represents the damage that a difficult individual can do to the whole team.

You’ll be valued more as a customer at Central Market or Whole Foods and pay similar or lower prices. I guarantee it. (4/26/23) - I went here for the first time since it’s opening to try their viral build-your-own $4.99 sandwich. It’d be a great time for this business to make a great first impression, no? It could be as simple as a great sandwich. If you want more than two thin turkey slices, two tomato slices, one leaf of lettuce, one slice of cheese, mayo that you can see through to their so called “sourdough” bread, and a “we don’t do that here” when you ask for the bread to be toasted then don’t bother coming here. I thought that offering satisfying sandwiches at a good price was a clever way to bring new customers to this new location to also shop their grocery items and become a return customer. That.. that would be a smart business move, right? Impress with a sandwich and gain a customer for life, right? Wrong. I received serious pushback when I asked for the sandwich to be re-made. The young woman who made the sandwich said that the amount of cheese and meat met “store code” or some such thing and that the one lettuce leaf did the same and “covered the sandwich”. “No, you’re wrong. I did put mayo, this, and that on it”. There’s an up-charge for their higher quality “boars head” brand meat.. Um, what? Why not give customers quality ingredients by default? So strange and off-putting. Do customers only deserve the “cheap” meat? Shouldn’t “boars head” brand meat be used so as to promote the brand at the deli counter and refrigerated section and encourage meat sales? I don’t have a business degree but that strategy checks out, no? Like what the F. Can I leave with a sandwich I will enjoy? One that I can eat thinking that I’m glad I went to Sprouts? It looked like it belonged in an elementary school lunch box. And made with lesser quality meat? Come on. I came to this sprouts because it’s mere minutes from my home. Am I asking too much? Seriously. Their sandwich bar is the reason I’m never coming here for any food item, prepared or grocery. Why should I? What reason do I have? No reason. What a joke. If you want a delicious build-your-own sandwich with quality ingredients go to Jersey Mikes on upper Greenville, Whole Foods on Abrams, or Central Market on Lovers. It’s made obvious that those businesses want you as a return customer.
