Very poor service. They have people who don't know how to do their jobs properly, and the person there was rude and unhelpful. My question is, why do they have people working there who behave this way?

I visited this Staples location last week, and despite it being incredibly busy, I had a great experience thanks to the supervisor on duty, Keyy. He was juggling multiple customers at once but still managed to be attentive, kind, and professional. I needed a custom print job, and he put together something really great for me. I was impressed by how calm and organized he and the staff was under pressure. Great service like this deserves to be recognized—thank you, Keyy!

I had a fantastic experience at Staples! Ameya, greeted me warmly as soon as I walked in and was incredibly attentive throughout my visit. Her kind and pleasant personality made the entire process a breeze. The young man that assisted me at the Amazon Returns line was very efficient and quick to processed my return. On my way out I approached Ameya to give her recognition for her great customer service and it turns out that she is the manager! 😊 I'm sure that her dedication to customer service along with performance is surely how she obtained that position. Thanks to Ameya and all the attentive crew I was in and out in no time. Highly impressed with the service!

I misplaced the tracking label for a UPS drop off, and while they couldn't provide it, they did everything in their power to find it. They also offered some suggestions as to how I could get the tracking number. I appreciate their help.

Love there their service was excellent it was this young lady there there for 2 months she said and she helped me completely from beginning to end she was patient she even took the time to copy and edit so it can be without something that I didn't want on there like she really did her thing and it's just I'm mad at myself because I waited too long to do the and I forgot her name she is excellent her customer service is A1 like steak sauce if you go in there she like Allstate you going to be in good hands thank you for your service excellent people skills

I made an appointment online to complete my TSA Enrollment through IDEMIA. I had an appointment at 10:30 a.m., but my calendar opened up and I was able to come in a little early. I informed the front desk worker that I required assistance with the TSA pre-check, and he notified the attendant.
I was in there for 15 minutes or less before getting back on the road. The appointment was effortless. Although the process was completed quickly the service rep was kind and patient with me. Overall 10/10.

Straight up do not use this store if you need something printed. They took 2 full days to do a one day print job and it was awful. Do not use them if you are in a pickle.

In the store at 30th and Cockrell Hill they always have two people working on the copies and those two are very slow to serve. They walk back and forth. Wasting time. It took me two hours to get the job done 😡 First they take out all the order orders even though they are not going to deliver them at that time. And when they feel like it they serve the customer who is online for a long time 😠. They didn't want to print me some copies because they were already going to "close." And there was still half an hour left.
I know they are overworked but I don't understand why they don't hire more staff. And when there are Hispanic girls serving, most of them serve in a very bad manner and some are annoyed because someone speaks Spanish to them. It is a terrible service, better go to office depot. Very disappointed, I urgently needed the work for today and the man told me to just pay for it and he would deliver it to me tomorrow. After being there for two hours. 😡. Managers put order please. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Very smart customer service staff, she listen to my needs, it made that young lady smart as the collective wisdom of the customer. She provided me with what I wanted and needed. She listen and inform herself and made a $70. Sale

Poor customer service. I was told to pick up the next day, but when I came, the printing employee told me that they haven't even started on my poster yet because he thought that his associate would do it, which in turn, wasted my time in coming to pick it up. I feel really disappointed in their service.
