Bought an iPhone here and the phone sometimes be acting difficult. I called them to exchange, they wanted me to pay and bring my phone in. I explained to them about my phone situation and they said it's old and screen needed to be replaced. I have an temporary iPhone 5. They basically sold me a no good phone

This place could care less of what products they sell as long as they sell. My mother bought a $250 Bluetooth Speaker with a two week warranty and the volume did not work after a month. So we went to see if they were able to fix it or exchange it, the owner looked at the receipt and said that was not his hand writing and that they don't sell these kind of speakers.He asked the cashier at the moment and it took her a couple of seconds to confirm it was her signature. He then said he was not able to do anything about it because it was after two weeks warranty and walked away. He did not care to look at it or suggest anything. I told my mother if she is going to pay $250 on a electronic to make sure the warranty is at least for 6- months. These are the careless people who don't even know what their products are therefore only give 2 week warranty. Never will we purchase a item from here again. Sadly these are the type of people who just want to take your money.

Just wanted to reply to Touchtel's false response to my post. DO NOT fall for their post, they are just trying to save their business. Whoever replied to my review was clearly not even present during the encounter. Do not let someone who was not even present during my experience, dis-credit my review. I took the phone to the APPLE store and the phone still did not get fixed. It HAD to be an issue with the phone. The phone had a screen protector and case on it from the time I bought the phone, to the time I went to get it exchanged. This scratch had to be there before the phone was bought. Again, I would not recommend shopping with Touchtel. Rather than trying to fix the issue and display good customer service, they are trying to dis-credit a guest who was treated with bad service and bad products. Do NOT fall for their reply. They will sell you un-properly "refurbished" phones. If anyone has any additional questions about my encounter, I'll gladly answer and prove the un-reliability of Touchtel's reply to my initial post and products! Nice try Touchtel!
