From the beginning of getting in line Magda appeared to have an attitude to all the customers. It's 0447 in the morning, I get that it's early we don't want to work. Heck I don't even want to leave Dallas to go to San Diego to work. I repeated my order to her several times and she gave me snarky attitude over her simply not working with me to listen. How can employees be passionate about work when their own leader does not believe in the mission of Starbucks? "Uplift the everyday" is their promise to the customers. After my encounter with her I do not feel uplifted nor do I feel she exemplifies the mission and vision of Starbucks. In the end I told her I hope she has a good day and that came from my deepest regard. She of course reciprocated with an insincere tone, she did the same. No one being served deserves to be treated with little regard. Hope her life betters in serving people sincerely. For all of those who may be having a hard day and Magda is the cherry on top, sorry. For Magda not even customers deserve to be served and treated with dignity.

Bought a tumbler there. The price sticker was $22.95 but they charged me $25.25. When I asked them for an adjustment I was told they can not help me. This is a false advertisement.

Very friendly staff. I actually went in just for some water and they gave me a cup to fill up my daughters water bottle even without me making a purchase. I was so impressed I actually bought a drink because of their hospitality.

I enjoy the consistency of the Java chip Frappuccino. The service is always complementive. The ambiance is relaxed and comfortable. The food here is usually good and hot but I did not obtain food today.

Worst experience at a Starbucks ever! The guy working there was very RUDE! I came at 5 pm and he just said “we’re close” to me. He didn’t want to work. Place was empty and a little bit dirty ????

Worst Mocha Frap I've ever had. I think they used the La Croix flavoring method. It tasted like a blended ice water that spent some time near a proper mocha frap.I don't usually do such low reviews, but if they can't even make drinks properly I think it's a problem.

It's VERY hard for me to understand why 4 employees are behind the counter but only one making drinks. It's just a terrible Starbucks. They were far more interested in talking and joking then making drinks. Walk to another one. Save yourself the time you'll never get back. Don't wait 15 mins for a drink that takes 3 mins to make. And to add clarity... I was literally the only customer there. 15 mins! One drink! 2 stars because the drink was stupid delicious. But still... be better, DFW SB terminal D.

Super rude staff. Gave away my drink because the young man couldn't be bothered to call the names and when I asked him to make a new one it was as if I had the audacity to do his job. I'd walk to another terminal before returning.

The crew working morning shift on 11/25/22 was loudly talking about how much they hate working here and we're going to just leave. One had a broken arm and they had her making drinks. The other two with purple hair were just talking about personal stuff and not making drinks. What a fing mess! Drinks were insanely backed up
