Failed the deaf system. I was told to them to bring to me because I can’t hear any one who called the name to bring the drinks. Please improve your system with tv with orders number and names so everyone can see it like another Starbucks

Venti Carmel apple spice! Quick and smooth pickup in the airport. The servers were nice and efficient.

Got it wrong twice. $10 for a coffee and can’t even put coffee in it. Received hot milk and then cold milk and subsequently threw both directly in the trash. Also kept long line and no A/C or was running a heater overtime. Skip it.

Good coffee but I waited like 10 mins in line and then another 15-20 in line waiting for coffee before they told me someone took it. I even asked halfway in about it and she said coming.

terminal D gate 34-Most dysfunctional SB ever been to. Slow, space is too small so people are tripping over each other and can't reach supplies they need. Slow baristas only doing 1 drink at a time. They have more people cleaning and stocking than making drinks. 30 people in line/ 40 minutes to get a drink?

I am a Starbucks regular and this place needs to really watch who is on their register. Not only did they try and charge me the full 80 cents for plant based milk for a ‘splash’; this is for a latte substitute, but they messed up my printers order and mine. It’s the only Starbucks in the terminal so you are stuck… Also they do not accept scan and pay, only scan. A local Dallas coffee shop really needs to make there way into this airport.

The line at this location is continuously over 30 minute. Not quiet the efficiency expected for an airport. Maybe an express coffee lane or expand.

Probably by far the slowest and confused Starbucks I've ever been to. The baristas seemed slow and either tired and didn't want to work or new and unknowing of the drinks. My pumpkin creme cold brew had very little pumpkin flavor or taste because of so much froth. My husband's order was questioned by the barista as she gave her recommendations on a drink he clearly was aware of. We didn't bother to correct our orders but I give them 1 star for their effort.

Located in terminal D was a bustling place. However, I managed to sneak in when the line was short, only waiting for about 2-3 minutes before ordering. I got a dirty chai latte and pumpkin loaf. It was very yummy and just what I needed to start the very early morning.

Pay your workers more!?! Airport super busy most Starbucks closed in airport. We miss your coffee!
