I always come here & I’ve always had a good experience. I placed a mobile order online for the first time & accidentally messed up my drink & put hot instead of iced. I sent my husband since we live a minute away to ask if maybe there’s a way it can be changed since it is the same price & I looked online & it said we cannot cancel nor modify but we can ask the baristas to change it. Well he did & apparently he got told no due to the drinks being made but they were not made as he had to wait. I’ve never had to ask for a drink to be remade but always heard that they have so figured we’d give it a try but nope completely wrong. There should really be a way of canceling or modifying an order for things like this.

I am very angry because the worker named Elisse treated me with a bad attitude at the window, she snatched my money and was angry banging on the window while I was waiting, I asked her name and she told me Elisse, I am Latina and I always shop there and I had never I had a bad experience so far, she was very rude????????

I just bought a matcha through the drive thru and a girl spoke to me, the one at the counter was very rude, she didn't understand my order and when I went to pay she almost took the card out of my hand I think she is in a bad mood or she was just always rude to me I buy there I will no longer buy because of that type of attention, it seems disrespectful to me!!! Manager, please, if those people don't want to work, it's better not to have them. Not everyone knows how to treat customers.

The workers here on 12/28 purposely are slamming things on table, slamming metal things, talking loud, and loud EDM music.Can’t you just make coffee without slamming things. Or put appropriate music for a coffee shop? We are not in a night

Simple place to spend coffee time. You won't get your own private space but will be worth having coffee for some moment if you are ordering inside.

One lady got the size of my drink wrong. Normally I wouldn’t trip but when I told her she just looked at me blankly instead of correcting it and charging me the size difference. Rude and they support Israel! I’ll never shop at Starbucks

Horrible place !Employees are very rude , bad attitude, cero customer service , this morning a male employee on a pink shirt / long hair all over, acting very rude , he took my order in a rush not asking simple questions about my order he gave me everything wrong!!!! Poor guy ! Looks very unhappy / Las time in this Starbucks.
