WORST SERVICE EVER... The older lady at the front made fun of me because I couldn't remember the name of a sandwich! She literally said, "You don't even remember how it tastes?" in a rude tone. Then it took them 20 minutes to make just two mango dragon fruit drinks.... Oh and they didn't scan my app for rewards because, as the younger lady said they "don't do that" There are other Starbucks nearby; please do yourself a favor and avoid this place if you like to be treated respectfully

Let me start by saying I an not a karen...having said that I can't believe that I received what they posted and charged me for when I ordered a Frappuccino....coffee flavored water ( half cup and a half cup of old whip cream) a sorry excuse for Java!

Horrible service. FRAUD!! I ordered from this location via Uber eats. When the order was delivered it only contained two slips of paper saying what I ordered was not in stock. Yet they still billed me for full price, delivery fee and driver tips.Why wouldn’t they just cancel my order, or contact me saying order from another location?This is absurd. Think twice before ordering from this location.

As of 0930 am, I was told they were closed. The girl seemed like she had an attitude by immediately telling me they’re closed. No apology or no reason as to why they were.

I got a large pink drink here and the white lady who are making the drinks she don’t know how to make the drinks and also I asked large size she don’t even give me a full cup it was almost half of the cup don’t know why they have people like her working if she can not do the right job hey name is

By far my worst Starbucks experience. Carrissa does not know what she is doing. I let her know that was not the drink i ordered she proceeded to just say yes it was and walked away. They are very unprepared no orders infront of mine and still took about 10mins to make the WORSE tasting drink ever. Both drinks i ordered we dumped in trash.

Bought a caramel macchiato, they basically handed me a cup with milk. Absolute trash. I just moved here and was excited to be next to starbucks but the quality is absolute garbage. Never ordering from here

AJ is my hero! And from what I can observe from the outside a patient and through trainer!! Carissa showed genuine care for cleanliness and quick service. Rudest Starbucks in Dallas. They NEVER say "Morning", "have a good day". NOTHING! They don't speak at all in this place. I always feel like I'm a burden when I'm their. Like I'm putting them out to get coffee in a coffee place. I WISH my Lakewood Starbucks would open back up NOW! Really sucks spending money in a place that's so rude. Guess I'll have to invest in a coffee maker so I do t have to go in there. That's all I got! It looks like I'm not the only one who thinks this reading the other reviews. Guess it is hard to find good help. I work in retail so I expect the same as I give my customers. The only good thing was that it was somewhat clean. Thank you for listening.

I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch the girl made it served herself first for free then served mine all liquid no slush I had a feeling something was not right when I ordered and they looked over at each other smiling smh that's not the way to treat customers... Next time customer first employee free frappe second what a shame just buy the dang thing
