I think their blonde espresso machines need to be cleaned and recalibrated because like the last four times I’ve been in there. My drink is tasted like burnt popcorn,? I keep hoping I’ll get a better outcome, but it doesn’t seem to happen. I will quit going to this location.

If I could give a zero, I would, I order a DoorDash order. It got here with no straws. The manager told me it was my fault and to deal with it. I do not appreciate that customer service. He is a part of the LBGT Community and so am I. I also mentioned that my banana bread was cold. He told me with his nasty tone that they made it and they left it off for five minutes and put it in the microwave. I felt so disrespected and humiliated. I would never order from here again. I said what I said.

The cashier in brown pants was great! The other male in flower shorts was so rude. He was upset because a couple people came in 20 min before closing. I arrived late due to my flight. This Starbucks was closest to my hotel. Starbucks you need to train your employees in providing better customer service. I buy from Starbucks because I like the drinks even if they are expensive, but I can’t spend my money on rude expensive locations.

My go to drink here is the quad venti sugar free vanilla latte. Love the free wifi and great vibe.

Gone downhill! Used to be great but now they blare the music, (shouting rap music) and today they put an inch of whipped cream at the bottom of my frappucino. Did they run out of coffee? Hoping they go back to how they were!

This location used to be very fast and efficient. Now it takes an incredibly long time just for one drink to be made, one food item to be warmed, or to get any employee’s attention. I’ve visited with nobody in line and nobody waiting for food/drink, and it still takes almost 10 minutes for me to receive my order. One of the managers spends more time talking to the employees (about irrelevant stuff) than actually helping them with orders or talking to customers. This Starbucks is very close to my house but I now drive out of my way to go to a different location because of how slow the service is here.

Quality control at this Starbucks is horrible. It's around the corner from my house but I actually choose to drive further to avoid it.While I will say everyone at this Starbucks is nice and does offer good customer service, I am always disappointed with my order. Decided to come here today out of lack of time but unfortunately I will be throwing my drink away because it tastes so bad.

The staff members are consistently personable, courteous, and professional. They work as a wrll-organized team. Drinks are superbly crafted.
